From the first moment I met Brandi, she knew I wasn't thrilled about going on a cruise! Not only did she come along on the cruise, she brought over a hundred of our fellow neighbors with her, for an unforgetable cruise. By the end of the cruise, that I didn't want to go on, I was helping to plan the next one with her. It's been a blast having her as our travel agent as she makes everything so easy when we travel.

We have been clients of Brandi’s for years. She knows what we look for when traveling and always finds the best best locations and prices available for us. Brandi keeps track of payment due dates and lets us know in advance so there is no surprises. During COVID she had to move many trips for us and always did it willingly looking for the best deal. Starting with where to go where to stay and how to get there is all included in her service. Brandi takes the time to know her customers and is very reliable. We wouldn’t go with anyone else for our travel needs.

Brandi is always willing to answers all questions in a very timely manner. there have been times when I would ask 3 or 4 questions through email in a day prior to a vacation and she would be right on the questions. We have had Brandi as our travel agent for years and we love to go at least once a or twice a year so count on her to have our plane and itinerary planned out which usually includes hotel accommodations along with transfers. We have never had to worry about connections as Brandi has made that process easy for us. We love to cruise and have taken many with NCL. The one with Carnival did not measure up, so we will forever be NCL fans. Our 10 day vacation to Mazatlan Mexico was probably one of the best vacations we have ever had. I would love to plan another beach stay vacation soon.

Brandi is very flexible when working with us. Sometimes when we are unsure where we want to go she has the experience and knowledge to recommend somewhere new to us. She has traveled extensively herself and checks out resorts or visits with her clients when they return from vacation to get their views of motels and resorts. When changes are needed to our itineraries she has worked with us to make it all work out. We have complete confidence in Brandi and her team.

Brandi has be a blessing to us. She is Very knowledgeable. We were notified that a blizzard was going to ruin our vacation.
