Marci was incredibly responsive throughout the planning process, always getting back to us quickly with answers and suggestions. Her knowledge of destinations, accommodations, and travel logistics is impressive - she anticipated needs we hadn't even thought of and provided insider tips that made our trip so much better. What really set her apart was her attention to detail and the personal touches she arranged. Her industry connections and status actually benefited us at our hotel with upgrades and special treatment that we never would have received booking on our own. This was my first time using a travel consultant but definitely not the last. Marci made everything so easy. I was overwhelmed - 10 people, 3 rooms, varying ages 7-75, and we had never been to Puerto Rico. She provided many options within our budget, assisted with air and organized all our tours, golf reservations and pickups. The prearranged transportation for 10 was gold! Because of her we had an amazing stay at the Hyatt but also saw beautiful parts of the island like the rainforest and went zip lining (as a family!). Marci was incredibly proactive and responsive before, during and even after the trip. I highly recommend working with her! Thanksgiving 2024 was a hit all because of Marci!
