Crafting immersive trips that inspire wonder!

Nichole took special care of our family for a trip to Hawaii. We gave her our budget and she found great places to stay, great excursion suggestions and great all around service. I highly recommend using her for your next vacation.... I already reached out for a summer trip.

I've been using Nichole to book trips for years. Part b/c of familiarity (she's been a long time friend of mine) but a lot b/c I know her work ethic & relentlessness to getting shit done. In a world where every min counts, she saves a ton of time w/options & literally setting everything up. That being said, there's another level to her that I did not know existed & I didn't know I needed. While booking a trip to Aruba, she strongly advised taking travel ins., which I honestly almost never do. I took her advice. Saturday 1/3 I get up & glance at my phone to see that our flights were canceled. After being told they couldn't get me on another flight until the following Friday 1/9, I started to panic. Frantically, I started calling to find other flights but kept getting shut out. I finally texted her (hesitated b/c it was my problem & I didn't want to bother her on a Saturday morning), she responded right away, & joined me in trying to find another flight home. While she wasn't successful with it either, it was her joining me immediately that mattered. Turns out the US invaded Venezuela & Caribbean airspace was shutdown, no one was leaving. As we were jointly trying to find flights, she called the ins. company & found out we were covered. On top of not being able to get my family home, the idea of mounting costs of staying an extra week was adding to the anxiety but she quickly put that at ease when she took the initiative of calling them. What a relief! Sunday morning she texted b/c she was bird dogging flights & saw Southwest opened extra flights for Monday, which I booked immediately getting us home days earlier than expected. She checked on us multiple times every day & arranged for my claim to be made w/the ins. company once we got home, again taking the heavy lifting from me. Happy to say they settled my claim without question & we got full reimbursement. I love Nichole & will always use her to help with travel needs…as well will be purchasing the travel ins!

Nichole simply takes the stress out of traveling. From her initial suggestions regarding resorts and hotels to your detailed wants and needs, including transportation options, excursions, and special requests. It’s a comfort to know that she always has your back in the event there is a delay or issue. Nichole’s attention to detail, experience, knowledge and communication make traveling to new places so much less stressful.
