As a first-time traveler from Africa to another continent, I must say that because of Sheila’s holistic service, I was not the least bit scared. She helped me find the best tour that matched my budget and handled everything for me, including my flight bookings. She also provided clear information on the documentation needed for travel, ensuring I was well prepared.
Sheila shared detailed itinerary documents for the tour, including the hotels I would be staying at and the transportation arrangements to move me around in Thailand.

The First International Trip

It was my parents first international trip, I wanted to surprise my mother for her 60th birthday with a trip. I was given Sheila's contact info by my aunt who had previously worked with Sheila on many other trips . Sheila was attentive since that first phone call. Sheila ensured all specifics I wanted for my mother's experience where met. The trip to Greece was a success, I was nervous for my parents since they had never visited another country and my Father who was accompanying my mother on this trip is very special with his meals. As a first time going on a river cruise it was not clear what to expect. Thankfully, Sheila with her extensive experience was just what I needed. She planned my journey right from start to journey’s end. Sheila was very detailed in her planning, the different flights and hotels were well put together. The trip is certainly one of the key highlights of my travel experiences overall. I particularly enjoyed my travel through the Bavarian Forest in caravans. Sheila ensured that I was well armed with a detailed itinerary making the experience an absolute pleasure. Will definitely go back to Sheila for future tours. Round trip in the USA

I had a short time in the US and wanted to go to a few States. Sheila planned it all and was on hand all hours to help all hours even when I missed my flight. Thanks to her I was able to take 2 weeks to come from London to Texas to Las Vegas to California. After working with several travel consultants, as well as personally overseeing and running large corporate events, Sheila’s expertise professionalism and guidance has provided tremendously to my personal travel experiences. Especially note worthy is the fact that she listens to your concerns and input then provides her guidance and suggestions without dismissing your perspective. In addition, she is attentive, and timely never leaving you hanging or waiting for a callback. Ireland & Scotland/Ireland tours

Sheila handled all of the bookings for our travel club on a CIE Ireland trip including the airfare.
Our flight leaving Atlanta to our connecting flight in Dulles DC airport was delayed due to weather, and, as a result, our group would be arriving a day late for our tour. However, Sheila was on the phone with our trip leader making sure we were aware of our rights and what receipts and other items we would need to have. The airline agents worked the best connection they could get from Atlanta to Dulles DC, but our arrival would be after our connecting flight had departed Dulles DC airport for Ireland. Thus, we were surprised when we arrived at Dulles DC airport to be ushered off of the aircraft and onto our connecting flight, which was being held until our arrival. The time lost waiting for our group was made up in flight and we all arrived in Dublin on time for the start of our tour. Thanks to Sheila's advice and wisdom, our travel group remained calm and polite while the airlines did a great job at getting us to our destination without any time lost.
Since that trip, Sheila has been helping us in booking an Scotland/Ireland tour working with different arrival options so that our group could decide on the best flight while saving money.
Sheila has always been helpful in getting information about trips, trip options, airline reservations and advice.

Loved our Amawaterways River Cruise

Sheila helped us book our first river cruise. She gave us a list of the best cruise lines, and when asked, she said she really liked Amawaterways. We ended up choosing Amawaterways and loved every minute of the trip from the moment our plane landed in Paris to the end of our trip when we were met at the airport by an Amawatersways guide who helped us get through the maze of Paris airport. The ratio of staff-to-guest was less than 3 to 1, and we received great service on the boat, and the activities at each stop were amazing. What we loved the most is that the cruise is it all-inclusive; with no extra charges that nickel and dime you to death.
