You’re staying at a Disney Deluxe Resort — how lucky is that? One of the best perks of being a Deluxe guest is access to Extended Evening Hours, where select parks stay open late just for you!
Be sure to check your My Disney Experience App daily to see which park is offering extended hours each night. It’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy your favorite rides with lower crowds and shorter wait times — a total game changer.
And don’t forget, your package includes Memory Maker! This is one of the best tools to capture your magical moments without having to pull out your phone every few minutes. The attraction photos are often the most priceless — completely candid and full of genuine reactions from everyone in your group. They’ll have you laughing and reliving those moments long after your trip ends.

Arrival Day - Resort Check-in
Upon your arrival into Orlando International Airport, you will be greeted by a private car after retrieving your bags. Your driver will take you to your new home for the week, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.
Check in is at 3pm, so if you are there early, you can use the resort facilities, pool, restaurants etc until your room is ready.
If you arrive early enough in the day, you are allowed a FREE water park day at one of the 2 water parks on Disney Property. Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach. Time of year will depend on the availability of which park is open.
Tonight you will enjoy dinner at Kona Cafe right there in the Polynesian, to make it easy and be in bed early for a good night sleep. You want to be ready for early entry tomorrow morning.
HIGHLIGHTS:
While at the Poly, you will want to enjoy the pool as much as possible, so make tonight a pool night
You must not miss a Dole Whip from the Pineapple Lanai
If you can, for the adults, you can get on the list for Trader Sam’s Tiki Bar
Definitely plan to watch the Electrical Water Pageant and Fireworks right from the pool or beach

Magic Kingdom Park
Early entry to the parks is a must with the littles. Check your My Disney Experience to see what time the park opens and when early entry is available to onsite guests. Once you have hit your early entry rides, head to your breakfast reservation at the Crystal Palace by the entrance of the park for your character breakfast with Pooh and Friends.
While at breakfast see what you can get next for Genie +, hopefully a relaxing ride like Pirates of the Caribbean or It’s a Small World, or even People Mover.
Move your way through the Magic Kingdom for a few more rides on Genie+ or standby for some, then jump on the monorail back to The Polynesian Resort for some pool time and relaxing.
Captain Cooks has great lunch options if you are ready to eat while. You are at the pool, do a pickup order through your app and eat but the pool.
Dinner tonight is at “Ohana, then you can monorail back to the MK for the fireworks

A Day in Hollywood Studios
Start the day with a quick serve at the Poly with Kona to go. If you are looking to do a sit down Character Meal, I highly recommend Hollywood & Vine. You will go to the bus depot and get in line for the Hollywood Studios bus.
There are great shows there such as Frozen Sing-a-long and Indiana Jones to name two. If you are heading to make a lightsaber in Star Wars:Galaxy’s Edge, go to the left and follow the directions there. You have a reservation to experience Oga’s Cantina mid morning so make sure to grab a blue milk while you are there. You are scheduled to ride Rise of the Resistance in Star wars, Galaxy’s Edge, as well as Millennium Falcon, so enjoy that land as long as you can, it is pretty amazing.
If you are getting thirsty and ready for a snack, my favorite place there is Baseline Taphouse, on your way back out of Galaxy’s Edge towards Indiana Jones. The giant pretzel and extensive selection of beer on tap is sure to satisfy the taste buds in the afternoon.
HIGHLIGHTS:
The Little Mermaid Stage Show - newly renovated
Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway railway - Graumets Chinese Theatre
Hollywood Tower of Terror at the end of Sunset Blvd.
Toy Story Land - Slinky Dog Dash, Toy Story Mania and Alien Swirling Saucers
Stop by Woodys Lunch Box for a pop-tart or grilled cheese sandwich

Rest Day
Today is a rest/resort day. Fortunately since you are in one of the best resorts on property, you can spend the entire day here and totally relax and rest your feet. There are several pools on this resort property but the main feature pool has a big slide, a kids area and the bar! You are centrally located to the Main Ceremonial House where you can grab an early lunch.
Tonight is Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue over at Fort Wilderness resort. This is an interactive comedy show that will give you some real belly laughs. Enjoy all you care to enjoy family style dinner with drinks and dessert all included while getting to enjoy and sometimes be a part of the show. To get here, take the boat to Magic Kingdom and get right back on another boat to Fort Wilderness Resort.
By the time you get back, you may be able to sit on the Poly beach and enjoy the Fireworks from Magic Kingdom again!

Living it up in Animal Kingdom Park
Some people think this is just a Zoo, but it is anything but. The day will fly in this park as it does close earlier than the others. Get here early for rope drop and if it’s super hot, run to Kali River Rapids to get wet!
This park has some of the most amazing food and learning opportunities. Look for your favorite characters and dance in Africa. The Lion King and Finding Nemo are great shows to get you out of the sun for a while.
Don’t forget to head over to the world of Pandora to ride Avatar, Flight of Passage and Navi River Journey.
Just walk around, take it all in, go up a trail, you will find something for everyone in every nook and cranny in this park

Learning in EPCOT
EPCOT has so much to see on both sides of the park. Let’s start with breakfast at Akershus to see the Princesses, then head to Frozen Ever After right outside of the restaurant.
Next, I would head over to World Nature Neighborhood and head to the Journey of Water with Moana. This is one of my favorite new areas and on a hot day will feel great, as there are water interaction areas within. The Seas with Nemo and Friends is up next on the list and just a short walk from Moana. Upon exiting the ride, don’t forget to walk through the aquarium and see all of the amazing sea animals. Head to the indoor play area for the kids to play and learn about marine life and touch a sting ray.
Today may be a good day to head back to the resort for some rest time before heading back to EPCOT for Fireworks and dinner. Make sure to give yourself enough time to get back into the park and over to Japan for Teppan Edo for dinner at 7.
Enjoy the Fireworks!
HIGHLIGHTS:
Frozen Ever After
Walk through Japan and get a pearl out of an oyster
