We kicked off the day like locals with a cappuccino at our cozy corner bar. Then came one of the most entertaining experiences of the trip: a hands-on cooking class at Rome Pizza & Pasta School, where we learned the art of crafting authentic Italian dough (hint: let it ferment!). The day continued with a guided tour of the legendary Colosseum standing inside history itself. For our final dinner, we swapped pasta for precision at MOKI SUSHI, savoring Japanese favorites and quiet moments before departure day.
