Travel has always represented more than a destination to me — it’s renewal, perspective, and growth.

After 28 years in the fire service, including 12 years as a Lieutenant, I retired from a career built on leadership, preparation, and guiding others through life’s most critical moments.

Prior to my career, I earned and applied a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science, grounding my life’s work in wellness, resilience, and helping others live fully. Elm & Atlas was born out of my career progression, at the intersection of strength and exploration!

Today, I specialize in cruising, adventure travel, and wellness-focused journeys — experiences designed not just to take you somewhere new, but to restore, inspire, and energize you along the way.
