Stress free honeymoon

Vic made the whole process of planning our honeymoon so stress free, which was super helpful for us in the midst of also planning a wedding. We can’t thank her enough for everything she did so that we didn’t have to worry about any of the little details. The information she sent us about Covid policies, what to pack, and all the tips were very helpful in making sure we were prepared before we left. Vic is super friendly, knowledge, and responsive! Hawaii Trip

Wedding Trip

We worked with Vic recently for a friend’s destination wedding. She gave us many tips leading to the wedding. Specifically, on her recommendation, we used mobile passport to re-enter the US. We were through immigration in 10 minutes while the rest of our flight stood in line for 1-2 hours. With the time Vic saved us, we were able to pick up our dogs from boarding a day early saving money also. Thank you for a great trip, Vic!

St. Lucia

We have used Vic twice now - for our honeymoon to Sandals St. Lucia and recently for a trip to Hawaii. She is always professional and so helpful during the planning process, and is very timely with her responses, especially during urgent needs! Our flight and connection was disrupted to our honeymoon on our travel day which was on a weekend, and Vic worked behind the scenes making calls for us to update our resort reservation and transportation needs. It was so helpful to have someone else ready and available to help with all the details in those stressful moments (even in the wee hours of the morning)! We will definitely plan to use her services again in the future!

Memories of a Lifetime!

We used Vic's Vacations for our past two vacations. Our first trip to Hawaii was planned by Vic and it was such an incredible trip. Our second trip out west to Zion National Park, Page Arizona, Grand Canyon National Park, and Sedona was truly another trip for the books. Our second trip was planned by Jenna and I cannot say enough how helpful they both were. Jenna and Vic were both always available with any questions that we had and any made sure to handle any issues that we ran into so that we could enjoy our trip to the fullest. Needless to say, we did not have many issues other than weather which was out of their control. They truly helped us plan and modify our trips so that they were exactly what my family and I wanted to do and I cannot thank them enough. I love to plan trips but not knowing much about Hawaii or being able to plan the trip out west, Vic's Vacations really came through. We had the greatest experiences and created the greatest memories all thanks to Vic and Jenna. We cannot possibly thank them enough.

Victoria turned a travel WOE into a travel WOW when my husband and I had plans to go to Mexico on a much needed vacation. Our travel plans were affected by a medical issue that resulted in a total rebook. Vic not only reassured me that everything would work out, she got us an even better, more luxurious trip than we ever could have imagined. These two tired parents had little to no mental capacity to plan a trip; Vic’s team came in and gave us a trip we’ll be talking about for a long time. Everything was exactly as we imagined. Mexico Trip of our Dream

Vic’s Vacations did a wonderful job for my wife and I setting up this Bungalow in Playa Del Carmen. Our son lives in Mexico & knew of the place. We gave Vic the name and BOOM, she set everything up to give us the best Bungalow. We walk out on our porch to this view each morning. Staff were wonderful. We witnessed a wonderful Malayan grill on beach. No TV, but working great internet everywhere. Sit on the beach for shade or sun or walk to pool to dip and cool off. Have a massage on the beach. All meals wonderful.

We had the best honeymoon at Excellence El Carmen with extra perks and amazing service due to Vics Vacations! The resort went above and beyond to celebrate our honeymoon.
Vic stepped right in and saved us from panic when another agency ghosted us. Vic was professional and gave the best advice for the resort that we chose.
With her recommendation, we went with a two story room with a plunge pool and it was amazing! We spent several days on our own second story balcony, listening to our own music, playing cards and enjoying the sunshine! We wouldn't have traded the experience for anything :)

Perfect Honeymoon

I found Vic’s vacations through a blogger that had recommended her on Instagram!! Me and my fiancé had recently gotten engaged and I immediately followed her page and reached out in hopes of her helping us plan our honeymoon! We had no idea where we wanted to go but we knew we wanted somewhere tropical and an amazing destination! She responded so quick to our inquiry and had given us multiple honeymoon options with different price points- and all the little details laid out for us!
We went back and forth on which destination we wanted and even texted her back and forth a few times with questions!! We ended up choosing St. Lucia and she made the entire process SO easy- and even sent us a travel packet with all the info we needed!!! When we arrived to St Lucia airport- I felt like we were the most prepared ones with all of the steps we had to go through! She was always a text or phone call away when any issues/questions came up and we were SO glad we used her!! Best Decision Ever!

If you are on the fence about using a travel agent or choosing between travel agents, I am here to tell you to DO IT!!! BOOK WITH VIC TODAY! It was the best decision I made and now I will not go on another big vacation without her. First, we decided to go on a trip last minute when I had time between school sessions. Vic was so sweet and put together the best vacation we have had in such a short time. I find booking vacations to be very stressful so it was sooo nice to be able to have someone else do all the work! She sent us 3 great options along with a personal YouTube video on each which I thought was very unique! After booking, she was always available to answer any questions leading up to the trip. Fortunately, we did not have any problems on our trip but it was so comforting to know that we would have someone in our corner if we did. Long story short, do it! We have used Vic to plan a family Disney trip and then an anniversary trip to Sandals in St. Lucia. And we are currently using her for another family Disney trip and another Sandals getaway in a few years. Needless to say, we wouldn’t turn to anyone else for travel needs.

Christmas in Mexico

Vic is the absolute best!!!! We worked with her on our trip to Mexico over Christmas. She took all the stress out of planning a trip. She presented us with several options, and found us the most amazing resort! The week we traveled happened to be like the worst travel week of the year. So many flights were getting canceled and delayed. We got our flights canceled going and coming home, but I just called Vic and she took care of it for us. Vics Vacations does not disappoint!
This was my second time booking with she is always on point.
I asked her in January for a good time to head to Magic Kingdom in the coming months. She got right back with me with hotel and pricing based on lowest price and best travel dates for lower crowds. We went in February and had a blast!
I booked the trip for my 4-year-old daughter and myself. Victoria took into account my daughters age and interest and came up with a great "plan" for us.
Victoria is always so helpful. From answering silly questions, I could have probably googled to just sending reminders. Also, she was able to add an extra night last minute when we decided to head to Orlando earlier than expected.
Our resort was nice enough to upgrade us to a better quality hotel when our hotel ended up having to cancel our room due to a water issue. With the help of Victoria knowing what to ask for and what "better" hotel to accept,we got a very nice upgrade to an even better, more fantastic hotel! Without Victoria, I would NOT have known what to ask for or would have settled with something I wasn't very happy with. However, having a travel planner on my side was a huge help!
If we do another Disney trip, I will absolutely book her for the 3rd time!
I highly recommend it!

We honestly don’t even know where to begin because words hardly do justice to how grateful we are for everything our Vic and her team did for us. From the very first conversation to the moment we returned home from our wedding, she was incredible in every sense of the word.
Planning a destination wedding can be overwhelming, but she was there for us every step of the way. She didn’t just help with travel logistics—she helped us keep our sanity. Her calm, professional, and kind demeanor gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire process. She took care of everything—not only for us but for all of our guests—and made it look effortless.
What truly set her apart, though, was how she consistently went above and beyond. Any time something went sideways with the wedding planner or the resort (as things sometimes do), she was right there, ready to go to bat for us. She advocated on our behalf without hesitation and resolved issues so quickly and efficiently that we never had to stress for more than a minute.
Thanks to her, we were able to focus on what really mattered—celebrating our love with our friends and family. Our wedding was absolutely magical, and we owe so much of that to her tireless work behind the scenes.

Grand Cayman Honeymoon

Vic was incredible to work with when planning our honeymoon to Grand Cayman!! We stayed at the Westin and had the most special time. Vic tracked our flights and made sure the resort took such great care of us. Everything was a breeze and all that we could have dreamed of. Also, because we booked through her we were able to get the perk of FREE breakfast for two every morning and $100 resort credit that we wouldn’t have gotten other wise. Amazing Destination Wedding!

Words can’t fully capture how incredible Vic and her team have been throughout the entire process of planning our destination wedding. From the start, Vic’s extensive knowledge of the resorts helped us figure out exactly what we wanted. We originally booked a resort in Costa Rica, but after it was sold and the new owners no longer honored our contract, Vic stepped in during her own vacation to help us choose a new location and communicate the changes to our guests who had already booked.
Once we settled on the new resort, Vic generously provided Erin’s services, since we were facing so many challenges close to the wedding date. Erin was amazing!! She stayed in constant communication with the resort and advocated for us every step of the way. She also helped ease our guests and answer questions so I wasn’t constantly bombarded during the trip. She even went above and beyond by organizing additional events and dinners to make sure our entire trip was unforgettable.
The wedding turned out to be everything we dreamed of, and it truly wouldn’t have been possible without Vic and her team. We had multiple people come up to us and say that we ruined weddings for them because they had so much fun. I would wholeheartedly recommend Vic to anyone planning a destination wedding or trip in general.

Amazing Destination Wedding!

To say Vic and her team are amazing is an understatement! She coordinated our destination wedding, and made the entire process unbelievably easy and stress free at an affordable price. All of our guests were blown away with her attention to detail and communication. Our flight was delayed getting to the resort and she immediately sprung into action to get us recommendations for dinner and hotels in our layover destination. Vic even sent me a Starbucks gift card to lessen the blow of missing our flights. You can tell she is very passionate and truly cares about what she does. Vic saved us so much hassle by getting us a great resort for our wedding and dealing with our 50 guests (with many never traveling before) and getting us all aligned appropriately. Even when things came up during the trip, Vic took our calls and helped guide us through and everything came out amazing. Vic was my travel agent for my wedding, and I can’t say enough great things about her and this company! There is zero chance I would’ve done a destination wedding without her. She cares so much about her clients and their experience. She saved us and our guests money on several occasions, and when she could’ve easily upsold us on room upgrades, she instead was honest in saying she didn’t think it was worth it!
I also had several guests tell me they contacted her when they needed help, and I never knew until after, which was extremely helpful as a bride to have someone else help answer questions for guests!
