Our family recently purchased tickets to go to Volcano Bay for the day (4 of us). I was having trouble getting tickets through the website so I reached out directly to Kayla. She made the ticket arrangements for us, even though she wouldn’t receive compensation due to just being a day trip. I have a son with celiac disease so he can only eat gluten free food. Kayla knew this and went a step further by checking into food options we would have at the park, and she was spot on! A chef came out and spoke to us, took our order, and prepared my son’s food on separate cooking surfaces. Kayla also gave us tips on when to get to the park to have easiest/quickest access and what would happen once we arrived so we could plan our day trip accordingly (parking/catching a bus to the park/picking up tickets at guest services).
