I cannot recommend Jessica enough. She is hands down the best travel agent I have ever worked with. From the very beginning, she paid incredible attention to every detail of our ridiculous needs and wants and took the time to truly understand what we wanted out of our trip keeping our beer budget and champagne taste in mind. She went above and beyond at every step — from planning and recommendations to making sure everything was perfectly organized before we left. There was no panic at the airport of where to go becuase she had it all laid out for us. Because of her dedication and care, we had one of the most memorable travel experiences we’ve ever had, we never could have pulled out an ocean front suite upgrade on our own! It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in creating amazing trips.
