Kristy was amazing in helping us plan our family weekend in New York City! The hotel she booked was in the ideal location, offered fantastic amenities, and was a great value. Planning for New York seemed very overwhelming at first but her recommendations for can't miss activities and dining were amazing and really simplified the planning process. She even had some fun recommendations that my teenage daughter really enjoyed. We will definitely be reaching out to Kristy at WonderCrafted Travel for our next trip.

I cannot recommend using Kristy as your travel agent more highly! She was so helpful with planning and always quick to answer my questions. The services she booked were top-notch! Where Kristy truly went above and beyond, though, was with her amazing customer service. We missed our connecting flight to London due to mechanical issues, and the airline rescheduled us to arrive at a different airport and at a different time. It was an overnight flight and total chaos at the airport — and to make matters more complicated, Kristy hadn’t even booked our flights (they were arranged through our cruise line). I called Kristy as our transfer from the airport to our hotel in London would now be waiting at an airport we would not be arriving at the next morning. It was already late night in London. Kristy handled everything overnight as we flew. She even looked up numbers for me to call to help with rebooking a flight to make it easier on us in the airport. I don't know how she managed it, but our travel went on without a hitch. She's a miracle worker. If you use Kristy for your travels, rest easy, she will take care of everything! She's a true professional who offers a unique, personal touch!
