I loved working with Shawn! He helped us plan an amazing trip to Disney. We had a lot of questions and needed some careful consideration as we were travelling with our toddler. Shawn took the time to answer all of our questions and gave us ideas to map out our time at the parks that we would have never thought of. Shawn even rearranged everything for us when a wedding came up that we weren't expecting. He made a stressful event easy because of his helpfulness. I know we had a better time because of Shawn's help and I am so thankful we had Shawn to help with our trip!

Shawn is amazing! From the moment I first contacted him to post trip follow up, he was always super responsive, very available for my every question and need. He (very patiently and willingly) walked me through a million (!) accommodation options, helped us find dates with best pricing, gave us awesome recommendations for dining and suggested park itineraries, scored us very coveted fast passes, helped us troubleshoot minor issues. 25th Anniversary Orlando Extravaganza

We just returned from our epic vacation. We wanted to do something big to celebrate our 25th anniversary, and Shawn helped us come up with the ultimate 2-week vacation in Orlando.
We had so many questions - especially with COVID changes happening day-by-day! He always had, or found answers for us quickly and explained different options that we would want to be aware of - I can't even imagine the amount of time he spent sitting on hold with Disney to make sure we were well taken care of
He really took the time to get to know us and recommend resorts that were exactly what we were looking for. The Saratoga Springs Treehouses at Disney were perfect for our multi-generational grou. It was never on our radar but a perfect fit!
We also had a pretty specific wish list of dining and HE GOT THEM ALL! Even with splitting up into smaller parties and juggling locations he pulled it off beautifully!

We went to an inclusive Sandals in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Everything was put together for us, so we didn't have to worry about anything. We have not been out of the country very much, so it was very nice, when Shawn put together a package for us that included getting us around immigration in the airport.Shawn is extremely responsive and very helpful. He goes above and beyond to help and get everything just the way you would like it.I would definitely recommend using a travel agent, since it takes all the work out of going on vacation and then all you have to do is enjoy it! We spent an epic fall break at Universal Studios!

Life Saver!

Our family had the best vacation at Disney over New Years! I have to give a big THANK YOU to Neptune Vacations by Shawn Janofski for helping us plan a full blown Disney vacation in just over a month's time. Most people plan a trip like this a year out but this vacation came together so easily with Shawn's expertise and help. I'd recommend Shawn to anyone.
Also, we were victims 🤪 of the crazy airline disaster of Christmas '22 and had a canceled flight the day after Christmas when we were originally supposed to go. I texted Shawn in panic and he immediately got on the phone with Disney and waited 4 hours on a call to move our trip a few days back. Not only that but he got us better parks & some money back.

Ritz Carlton Club Level in St. Thomas

We love to travel but like so many, have been uncertain right now with restrictions. We decided to use a travel planner for the first time and booked a trip through Shawn for St Thomas. I was a little nervous as I am an organized planned person and love control but it was actually awesome! All we had to do was pay and go. No planning needed, Shawn took care of everything. We stayed at an amazing resort (Ritz Carlton Club level is no joke) and had a great time relaxing on a couples trip during a pandemic. Never thought that would be possible. Shawn made sure we knew travel restrictions and requirements prior to booking and worked tirelessly to find the right location and resort for us.

A great intro trip to WDW!

From the moment Shawn responded to our WDW quote request, through the planning process, and post trip follow up, Shawn was a true professional to work with. Seemingly minor, I greatly appreciated the little efforts while coordinating our trip such as scheduling calls to discuss plans to avoid the back and forth games of phone tag. My husband and I were complete newbies to planning a WDW trip (my husband having never have been and myself only going once as a kid) so we were able to lean on Shawn to provide the right level of advice, and specific suggestions for age-appropriate rides for our kids. We decided to focus on Magic Kingdom and Shawn helped us secure all the hard to come by restaurant reservations (including CRT) and armed us with knowledge on how to best navigate and maximize the Fast Pass process. He removed all the stress of being online early the day these reservation systems opened to secure us our spots! I couldn't imagine planning a trip to WDW without Shawn.

A Fun Trip to Namibia, Africa!

Shawn Janofski of Neptune Vacations was very helpful to me in arranging accommodations at which I stayed April 3-26, 2019, during my trip to Namibia, Africa! All had nice rooms, great food, good security, and personnel who spoke good English (English is the official language of Namibia). Shawn made several helpful suggestions how I might want to modify my plans, which I think improved my trip, and also made arrangements within my budget.
I also recommend Namibia as a tourist destination... everyone I met was nice to me, and seemed favorable regarding tourists from the USA. Namibia has spectacular scenery of mountains, coasts, deserts, and sand dunes, and in my experience guided tours at nature preserves generally had good viewing of African wildlife such as springbok, oryx, wildebeests, warthogs, zebras, ostriches, giraffes, baboons, flamingos, penguins, and occasionally elephants and lions!

Shaun was on top of everything from day 1 and communicated throughout the entire process. During our planning, I questioned our chosen resort and he patiently reviewed pros and cons of the resorts. Our group made some booking requests, Shaun said, "no problem". There was nothing left to question or worry about with all of his detailed communications with helpful tips. There was notification to start looking at restaurants for the dining plan. Persistence on his part ( Disney sight was down initially and he literally spent almost 1.5 hrs to complete the reservation process)got us great dining restaurants/times. All special events were booked by Shaun and we learned everything we needed to know on how to's from the use the lightening lanes to transportation details. I could not of asked for anything better. He was knowledgeable, able to answer all questions and made everything very easy. We will 100% use him again and we appreciate the job he did scheduling our group of 8 during the very busy holiday season.

He was able to secure the reservations we requested and when we had a slight problem with some of the reservations he was so quick and helpful to work to get things resolved for us. He worked with us to get everything straight and we were so appreciative of all of his help with everything. My husband and I had visited Walt Disney World as kids, but hadn't been for over 20 years and we were a little nervous planning our first trip as adults with our three kids and Grandma as so many things had changed. Our latest vacation was a 3-day getaway to Disney World. We just moved to Florida and wanted to explore the parks, but had no idea where to start. He booked us into the Grand Floridian, which we would highly recommend for its beautiful rooms/grounds, dining options, pools, and easy access to the parks (especially to the Magic Kingdom.) Shawn Janofski has been absolutely amazing to work with!! He is a traveling savior, to say the least, since I made him work with me for 23 months on just one trip ?? I was supposed to go on my honeymoon March 2020, but because my husband is military and wasn’t allowed to travel for quite a while because of Covid-19, Shawn was so generous to help us change our trip dates 4 times!! He was SO patient and helpful the entire time. I am so appreciative for how prompt and available he was the many MANY times I bugged him with questions over the two-year time period. First Family trip to WDW

I was actually referred to this agency through a FB Disney group. Shawn assisted me with my reservation and with securing my fast passes. I definitely did not want to be up at 7 am nor did I have the time with three kids and getting them off to school. I referred another friend who was to join me but she later cancelled. He was very patient in assisting her and went out of his way with communication methods as she does not reside in the U.S. Overall, I am satisfied with the level of service I received and did not experience any horror stories as I have heard about other travel agents not notifying their clients of important details. He made recommendations based on my kids' ages and interests and he respected the choices I ultimately made. He is very responsive and got back to me very quickly each time I contacted him . I think that is actually one of the most important aspects a travel agent should have.
