I called Savanah looking to book a very special vacation, anniversary/birthday/valentines......I knew “where” I wanted to take us, but that’s as much as I knew. Savanah did all the research for me on resorts, rentals, and transfers, and in very short our vacation was booked. As can happen, a flight of ours was missed, and in panic, I emailed Savanah to notify the resort and the transfer company, while we dealt with American Airlines, (my review there won’t be so pleasant).......with learning curves on the resort, and transfers, lol, for both Savanah and myself, I can say without a doubt, it turned out to be one of the most beautiful vacation spots we’ve travelled. Thank you so much Savanah for all your help! I will most certainly be contacting you again in the fall to help with our next adventure!

Savanah is my go to person when it comes to travel advice - always willing to go the extra mile to make my plans work. I travel extensively and she always has good advice and offers ideas that I haven't even considered. I often do some of the bookings and she helps with others to make them fit into my plans. Her extreme patience and ability to research various alternatives and respond so quickly to my questions is always very much appreciated. Her friendliness and knowledge of the industry are talents that are critical for anyone in her business. I would never hesitate to contact her for help in a booking and to recommend her to any of my friends or colleagues. In fact, I already have!

Savanah was very helpful in planning a trip with me. I was planning a multi country trip with some of the bookings on my own and some through her. She extremely honest with the bookings that I would be cheaper booked on my own and the ones that should be booked with her. Greatly appreciated. She was great about following up and checking in throughout and after my trip. The tour she arranged for went flawlessly and fit my needs perfectly. If the need arises again I would contact her in a heartbeat to book again. She is very friendly, kind, knowledgable and helpful.

My first contact with Savannah began in early 2013. As my family is in Durban, South Africa I visit them every year. I tried several agencies before I decided to settle with Savannah. The reason being, I noticed her patience in listening to my demands such as airlines, lay over airports and of course the rates. She always talk very pleasantly. She always gives me many options to choose. I booked ticket for my son and I. I trusted her advices in choosing the routes and the rates. I had booked ticket through her several times after that and never faced any kind of problems during my travel or connecting flights. She always emails if any changes in time schedule. Savannah sends me email asking whether we reach safely in our destinations and or faced any problems during flight or at destinations. In future also my family and I would like to book ticket through her. Savanah is dependable ,reachable and reliable.

Travel made easy

Last year I took my family to Italy. The planning involved travel to/from Canada, visiting three different regions in Italy and a number side tours along the way. I was so fortunate to have Savannah Andrews arrange the entire trip. She was able to book airlines, hotels and tours for the entire excursion. She researched each region we wanted to visit and made recommendations based on the requests from me and my family. There was a small snag, outside Savannah's control. After we arrived at our second stop in Florence, Savannah received notice that our hotel in Rome had been double booked. One evening we arrived back at the hotel and the concierge told me there was a message for me. I panicked! Who even knew where we were exactly. The message was from Savannah informing me that the original accommodation in Rome had to be cancelled and that she had already arranged alternate accommodation. I breathed a sigh of relief and went back to enjoying my trip. Savannah really went above and beyond to make sure that our entire trip went without a hitch and was the most enjoyable possible. I brag about her to all my friends.

Savanah is hard working and dedicated to making her clients happy and free of stress, she always goes out of her way to find the best price. I have traveled twice from calgary to Nigeria and she always finds the best price, shortest layovers and least connections. The first time I booked with savanah the price I was quoted was more than I was charged this is because she found my ticked at a even better price. I always get a reminder and welcome home email. Savanah was wonderful to work with to get our Mediterranean Cruise book. She was so good at making sure we received all our documents from/to booking extra things with our flights to suggesting amazing hotels before and after our cruise and making sure all our insurances were up to date! She even answered all my crazy emails on all my crazy fears and unknowns about our trip. Our company uses Savanah for a good part of our corporate travel, which is also a part of her skill set in addition to vacation travel. As someone who travels fairly often, a good travel consultant is critical. As a business person, professionalism in the people I deal with is paramount. Savanah is both. She is very thorough, very responsive and is always trying to find the best and cheapest fare available. Options are always presented. She is also very friendly and helpful when you talk to her about your plans. I have not used Savanah for vacation travel, but would do so in a heart beat. I highly recommend Savanah.

Travel agent for life!
I booked an eastern Canadian excursion going from Toronto to Montréal finishing in New Brunswick. During the last day of my stay in Toronto after seeing a blue jays game (GO JAYS GO!), I lost my wallet. My plans for after the game fell through and I needed a place to stay as my family lives outside of Toronto and I needed to be off to Montréal in the morning. Luckily I had hotel points so I’m like no problem!….but I have no wallet and no credit card so they would not let me get the room. After a few phone calls I wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone whose credit card I could use. It was after hours even for Calgary time but I figured I should probably send savannah an email letting her know what happened and that I’d probably need help getting around for the rest of my trip (which I did). I didn’t lose my passport but everything else was gone. I thought at that point I’d just drive my rental car an hour out to family and then drive back in for my train in the morning. I’m about to leave the city when my phone buzzes…it’s savannah saying that she’s called the hotel and my room is now available. I email back quickly saying thank you and what? At that point I didn’t ask questions, but I did sleep well.

Savannah has been our travel consultant for about 3 years now and she's gotten to know everything about our travel wishes. We email or call her, tell her where we want to go and where we want to stay and the whole process is pain free and stress free. We booked her for our most recent trip to Cayo Santa Maria Cuba and unfortunately the tour operator cancelled our trip and she stepped right up to the plate and helped us make new reservations. She saved our proverbial butts when the other company screwed us. She's a star! We also booked our last Jamaica trip with her.
She's very professional, she responds to phone calls and emails promptly and is a delight to do business with.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Savanah to friends and have done just that a couple of times. We will continue to do business with her that's for sure!

I was impressed by the level of professionalism from Savanah. She must have set some calendar reminders, because she contacted me several time to give me updates or to check up on how things were going.
She even stayed up until 3AM one night to check my in right at the 72hr mark so my fiancé and I would have the best seats available. That's commitment!

A Big Help!

I've worked with many different travel agents over the years but am so glad to have stumbled upon Savanah. Her patience, willingness to obtain information promptly and provide helpful suggestions made it a very pleasant experience from start to end. I felt really bad though when I had to cancel my Mediterranean cruise for health reasons after all that effort but Savanah was very understanding about it, and contacted the cruise lines for a timely refund. If I could offer a piece of positive advice, it would be that Savanah be given more opportunities to go on fam (familiarization) trips in order to experience first-hand, and be able to then pass on that knowledge to her clients (hence, my 4-star rating for Knowledgeable). Good luck, Savanah and hope to work with you again soon!
