There were six people involved in bookings for this trip. Gail handled all queries quickly, and secured the cruise bookings and excusions, as well as hotel rooms and airline tickets. Our documents were printed, organized, and delivered to us prior to our vacation, all clearly highlighted with important information for our trip. Upon arriving in Toronto for our first overnight stay, we had a couple of questions regarding the hotel shuttle and Gail was available to answer my questions immediately - her work didn't stop once the trip was booked. Very helpful, made our planning very stress free. We did a 2-part trip, starting out at Disney in Orlando (we stayed on site) and then rented a car to get to Fort Lauderdale to catch a Royal Caribbean cruise! We are a group of seven nursing classmates (Class of 76) who went on a delightful and fun Danube river cruise in the spring of 2019. Gail skillfully guided us through every step of our journey. We were especially pleased with our cruise company (Emerald – beautiful ship, great food, amazing staff) and Gail’s suggested hotel in Budapest (Hotel Central Basilica - ideal location for a very reasonable price). One piece of advice for groups similar to ours – ask for two sets of documents for each cabin. With Gail’s help, we had a most enjoyable vacation!

It was Friday at 10 am when my Saturday flight got cancelled because A nasty snow storm was due to hit St. John's that afternoon. I had to be at the airport within three hours, and while I was running around the house gathering last minute items for a six week trip down south, I emailed GAIL that I needed a hotel tonight in Toronto near the airport. By the time I got to the airport and started to unwind, she had the whole thing arranged--hotel, the shuttle, and all I had to do was be there. You can't imagine how relieved I felt. Well, I just flew in last night from my dream Honeymoon. We got married in July and decided that Hawaii would be our destination for almost three weeks of perfect blissful relaxation. As Gail was a high school teacher of mine and had planned many a school trip that all seemed to go off without a hitch, and knowing she'd recently pursued a new career as a travel agent, I thought I'd contact her. Boy was this a good decision!! We first wanted to fly to Vancouver for a visit, then onto Hawaii, do a cruise to all the islands, spend some more time in Honolulu, then fly to Nashville for a few days and then fly home. We were going in November. That was doable, she said. Then due to unforeseen circumstances, we ended up in Nashville on vacation last year, so we decided to pull Nashville. No problem, Gail re-arranged it. Then I became pregnant, and had a ton of questions for my vendors, but didn't have to call any of them myself, she got all my questions answered, so because I couldn't travel after a certain point, we needed to change the vacation (which was booked in its entirety and half paid for at this point) to September. No sweat, Gail to the rescue. I was nothing short of demanding, wanting a romantic supper on the beach one evening, a certain resort, a certain room on the cruise that allowed me to see the Na'Pali Coast, I wanted to pay it off bit by bit, use my Mom's visa because we were crunched during wedding time, use my visa next time, book this, change that.. I was probably a nightmare of a client. But she made it all happen and it went off without a hitch. I didn't do anything to plan it, and it turned out to be a dream come true. (she stayed up until 2am some nights at it for me!) If you are planning to honeymoon, or even just want a nice relaxing romantic vacation - choose Hawaii and stay at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. If it's in your budget, DEFINITELY do the NCL Pride of America cruise, it's a real dream. No matter what you do, you need Gail, trust me!

Gail was very prompt with getting in touch with me when a family member passed away while my husband and I were vacationing in Portugal. She provided us with several ways of traveling back to Canada including a hotel room. Gail also included her opinion as to our best options. All paperwork was provided promptly.

From start to finish Gail was with me and my two daughters all the way to Disney World and back. She had a package ready for me within my budget and she was online at the same time I was guiding me through the process of picking attractions, booking Fast Passes and meal plans. She made it easy. Our first night at Disney World was marred by Air Canada losing one of our bags. I texted Gail about this and she told me to go on with our vacation and she would take care of it. Despite the airline agent giving me incorrect information, Gail figured it out and kept the bag recovery process going and texted me updates throughout the day. It all worked out by the end of day one. While at Disney World Gail texted regularly every day asking if the hotel and meals were satisfactory and if there was anything we needed. We had a great week. Due to congestion at Pearson Airport we missed out connection on the way back home and Gail was right there checking on alternate flights and asking if I needed to book a hotel, if we had eaten that day and if our bags were there. She was genuinely concerned about us after the rough start we had had with the missing bag. I arrived home yesterday after being up for a very long time and I received a text from Gail tonight checking to see if we were rested after the trip. None of the problems we encountered on our trip were the fault of vacation.com but Gail stepped up and tried to solve them anyway. It bears mentioning that she did this while on vacation visiting her own family. Would I use Gail again? I just texted her a few minutes ago about my upcoming trip to France and she is already working on it!

"No worries" I told my wife. I can do this! We were planning a three week European vacation to France and Italy. After weeks of internet searches and endless phone calls, I became discouraged. I needed help but I felt that a Travel Agent would just try to 'up sell' us and take away our input. That was when we found Gail Perry. I was so wrong.Gail stayed true to our goals and stayed within our budget. When we sat with Gail, she asked to see what I had researched and asked great questions about what kind of experience we were looking for. She involved my wife, which was very important and she set a timeline when we would meet again. Also included were, "sights to see and places to eat" The 'where to eat' part was especially poignant, since my wife has Celiac Disease.We had names and addresses of any Gluten free restaurants in Dijon, Avignon and Nice in France, as well as Florence and Rome in Italy. As they say"Happy wife:Happy Life" Now that we have returned, we are singing the praises of this travel agent, Gail Perry. Everything went as planned by us and our travel agent. Gail helped me plan our side trip to France from England. We're a family of four and it's great to know that at the end of your day's journey there is a hotel waiting for you. She took care of everything from our departure in King's Cross to Lille, France. Our car rental was waiting for us there ( I would recommend a GBS in the car - it made travelling supereasy right to the door of our hotel. Our hotel came with breakfast which was fabulous for us and free on street parking or paid parking in the attached garage. We spent two nights in Arras and then continued our journey to Bruges to a delightful hotel overlooking the canal and one of Bruges' many bridges. The hotel took care of our parking there as well. Bruges is beautiful. This hotel also came with breakfast. It was a wonderful experience to have breakfast in the am listening to German, Spanish, Chinese and French. I think we were the only English speaking guests there. Both hotels were great. In Arras it was the Holiday Inn Express and in Bruges it was Europhotel. With GPS both were incredibly easy to find. Driving in France and then onto Belgium was an easy stress free experience. delightful. We found all of the five Newfoundland caribou. With Gail's help it truly was an awe-inspiring trip stress-free adventure.
