Katie was amazing! She planned a week-long trip to Spain and Portugal for my family of four, and everything went so smoothly. She was fantastic to work with to plan the trip. She gave us great options, helped us stay on budget, and made sure we were totally prepared before the trip. She helped us plan all aspects of the trip for us…hotel, tours, transportation, food recommendations, and more. During the trip, she was extremely responsive anytime we had questions and kept us updated on everything. All of our travel plans were conveniently stored in an app so that we knew what to expect each day. I’ll definitely use Katie again for our next trip!

The hotels Katie booked for us were gorgeous, comfortable, and in ideal locations—always right in the heart of the cities, within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and local culture. It made exploring each destination incredibly easy and enjoyable. Thanks to Katie’s expert planning and attention to detail, we were able to fully relax and just enjoy our honeymoon. It was the trip of a lifetime, and we can’t thank her enough!

Katie is a pro and knows how to keep a person calm even with an 18 hour flight delay. The travel plan was amazing and everything went smoothly, and if it doesn't, she's ready and waiting to help!

Katie booked a honeymoon for my husband and I at Secrets Moxché in Playa Del Carmen and we had an absolutely amazing time! She gave extremely detailed instructions for the entire trip so we always felt comfortable and knowledgeable. Katie has now planned 2 trips for us...Munich, Germany last summer and Disneyland & Hawaii this summer and both were amazing! Our trip to Disneyland & Hawaii was one of the best trips we have ever taken! We went to Kauai and Maui and the resorts were beautiful with amazing service, the tours were excellent (especially the helicopter tour in Kauai...so breathtaking!), and the itinerary was just perfect. We wouldn't have changed a thing....just wish we didn't have to leave! We highly recommend working with Katie to plan your next vacation!

Worked with Katie of Vic’s Vacations to get an incredible deal on a luxury hotel for my Bermuda trip - and even more importantly, Katie stayed in touch with me as a hurricane was approaching and looking likely to impact the trip and walked me through all the options. When unfortunately the hurricane did cause my flights to be cancelled, she left no stone unturned to ensure I got a full refund from the hotel (and I will 100% be rebooking with her to reschedule the trip!)
