Nicole helped us find our wonderful cruise vacation aboard the Star of the Seas. She was super helpful in identifying the best choice of cabin after understanding our preferences and needs. She also helped us through booking onboard experiences, in planning the before and after-cruise parts of the vacation and kept constantly in touch through the check-in process and all the way through the vacation. Nicole was extremely efficient with planning our family trip to Universal Studios in Orlando. She asked great questions about my family's interests and then prepared a really well thought out itinerary for a 3 day trip to the parks for my mom's 60th birthday week which included breakfast vouchers for each day in the Harry Potter worlds, an ice cream flight at Florean Fortescue's Ice-Cream Parlour, a photography and family video experience at Shutterbuttons in Diagon Alley. She recommended different rides based on intensity, and created an organized plan for each day which helped us make the most out of our trip at Universal. We really enjoyed our trip as we were able to cover all the popular rides and experiences within a limited time. As Harry Potter fans, we particularly enjoyed the various Harry Potter experiences that Nicole recommended including the Hogwarts Express train ride both ways, and rides such as Hagrid's magical creatures motorbike adventure. I will definitely book another trip, possibly to Disney World, with Nicole!
