I had the pleasure of working with Shar, who was incredibly kind, patient, friendly, and always available. She consistently answered my calls and promptly returned emails—even during spring break. I was introduced to A1 through a contest I won at Mystic Lake Casino, where I received a travel voucher. I can be very particular and a bit indecisive, but Shar was extremely patient and helpful as I worked through selecting a resort. I changed my mind a couple of times, and she never hesitated to accommodate my requests and get everything booked just as I wanted. I will definitely be working with her again (sorry, Shar! ??), and I want to sincerely thank A1 for this amazing gift.

I called Shar for a last minute sister trip and she delivered!! Puerto Rico wasn’t on my bingo card but I’m so glad she recommended it! We did a waterfall/ slide adventure to the El Yunque forest and it was fantastic!! Our guide was so knowledgeable and excited to share his love of his island! Old San Juan was charming and historical- must see! The food… SO GOOD, do not forget to try the mofongo! Another trip is in order to discover more of the amazing island! Thank you Shar!!????
