My first cruise!

I enjoyed my first cruise on the Margaritaville ship. It was so much fun. Chris was always available to answer any questions that I had. He sent me a list of things to have on a first cruise. He even planned an excursion for my party while we were in the Bahamas.

From start to finish, Chris’ service was excellent. He would answer questions for me late at night and never seemed annoyed by me. He made sure all my special requests were made. The onboard credit from both Royal Caribbean and Black Diamond Travels was very helpful.

Best Birthday Gift Ever!!!

I had the most wonderful time on a Bahamas cruise aboard the NCL Gem with my oldest son—it was actually a birthday gift from him, which made it even more special. He worked with Black Diamond Travels to plan the trip, and the cruise certificate he gave me with my birthday card was such a thoughtful surprise. Everything from the ship to the itinerary was easy and enjoyable, and it was the perfect mix of relaxation and quality time together. The Bahamas were beautiful, and the cruise gave us memories we’ll both treasure.

Our first cruise anniversary trip

My husband and I went on a Norwegian cruise Chris with black diamond travels handled all the details and answered all our many questions as we were first time cruisers. We had a wonderful room and balcony. We even had a surprise for an anniversary cake on our anniversary. The food was great. Thanks to black diamond travels and Chris for making our first trip an excellent experience.

1st Time Cruise Vacation Excitement
I loved working with Chris with Black Diamond Travels for my first cruise. He helped book my cruise and excursions with no work on my end. I just told him what days I was looking to go and that I wanted to do an excursion. He sent me some options on my cruise choices along with prices. Then they sent me a list of my excursion options and booked it for me. Once that was settled all I had to do was show up. He made sure that the ship knew it was my first cruise and the staff made me feel really special.
