From the beginning of planning a trip, she helped me in every step, such as booking, air travel with mileage and benefit accumulation, trip insurance, payment, return home process and more. She was even able to lower my airfare with vigilant attention for price change. I was very comfortable and it was no worry trip. She even checks my post trip condition.

She also managed to bring additional value by re-ticketing our airline tickets when the carrier was offering promotional fares and save us over $300.00 per person.
