From our first meeting at the Scenic Cruise presentation, through all the selections / arrangements, everything went very smoothly. She also kept in touch and informed us about changes to our itinerary, which was booked about 6 months in advance. All documentation was provided in a timely manner, and was detailed so we knew what awaited us.
The trip itself was exactly as she and Scenic described it, both on the ship and the numerous excursions, which were all included as promised.
We will definitely use her services to book future vacations, especially when looking for smaller, more exclusive resorts and/or cruises.

Inez is professional yet courteous and efficient. I have worked with her for several years during which she helped with 4-5 trips. Of those our Danube River Cruise and tour was one of the best. Coastal Croatian Cruise was great as well.

Inez has helped us plan several trips. She truly makes the effort to understand what you are looking for and works diligently to put together a perfect package focusing on what we like to do and offering advice to expand our experiences. The trip we took was to Patagonia including a 5 day expedition style cruise through the fjords of Chile. It really was like being part of a National Geographic documentary. We were unsure about a cruise but Inez found one that was very small (our ship only had 100 staterooms) the perfect size for those that are crowd adverse. It could access areas the larger ships cannot go. You were always in sight of land with spectacular scenery including glaciers, mountains, sea birds, dolphins, and the odd whale. Two zodiac excursions a day along with presentations and documentaries kept us busy. The cruise line has exclusive access to areas unavailable to others. They have invested ecologically sustainable infrastructure (trials, boardwalks, and landing areas). The food was excellent and with as many staff as passengers we were well looked after. The guides were all experts in the natural heritage and history of the area. Although the cruise was a highlight, Inez encouraged us to spend some time in Santiago. Although it is a very large city (usually not our favourite thing) our small boutique hotel was located in a lovely walkable area. This, coupled with the tours of the city and to the wine growing regions was very enjoyable and informative on in the cultural history of Chile. Inez also helped us include a tour to the Torres del Paine national park. Spectacular and not to be missed. All of the accommodations (small unique boutique hotels) and tour guides were fantastic. The trip went smoothly, all our transfers and tours went off without a hitch. The company Inez set us up with stayed in contact with us throughout the trip via WhatsApp.

My initial experience with Inez was 8 years ago when planning my first trip upon retiring. It was a river cruise from Amsterdam to Budapest and Inez took care of all the details. We typically arrange our own trips but after going to a Scenic presentation Inez was recommended to us. She was wonderful helping us arrange our Scenic cruise making sure we got everything as we wanted it including airfare, transfers & accommodation. As well she helped us make sure we applied any discounts for which we would be eligible ie CAA, CARP etc. that we wouldn't have thought about.

Our trip was excellent, I was travelling with my precious son. first of all I want to say huge thank you to Inez Conti for her PATIENCe with me, I was so worried and I couldn’t decide where to go, which hotel to choose, just a lot of nonsense, she didn’t gave up on me but instead she was caring, helping and patiently guiding me to pick the destination and the hotel, considering the budget, season and personal requirements. We came back a week ago, my mind is still there somewhere on the beach. Everything was great, the flight was smooth and on time, we got nice room, no WiFi (the best part) the beach was breathtaking beautiful. I came back well rested full of energy and as a bonus we missed the ice storm(yessssss)

Inez was very helpful and patient throughout the whole process. Our group hemmed and hawed on locations and Inez spent multiple meetings and emails helping us decide which tropical resort to go to. We headed South to complete scuba certifications, which Inez also did the research on and organized. I fell ill during the lessons and had to cancel and Inez ensured me that she would do the follow up if the scuba place did not respond. Overall I had an amazing vacation with no issues. Inez was great! She helped my group pick out a wonderful spot in Mexico for vacation. We were flexible and a little unsure about where to go, but Inez provided us with many options and helped us narrow down where we could spend a week in the sun. There was so much to do, the resort was beautiful, and the food was amazing! Met everything on our vacation wishlist.
