Trinity helped me plan the most amazing Hawaiian family vacation. She helped me book the flights, accommodations, and rent a large van for our large group. She also did significant research on excursions we were interested in and provided me with many details and quotes to help me plan our vacation. Trinity was very thorough and prompt. She made this trip a true vacation because she did the hard work.

We had 82 people traveling from Minneapolis to Chattanooga TN. That is a lot of people! Trinity was absolutely amazing. She communicated fully, clearly, and frequently. She gave full instructions to our team and the students so that they knew when and where to go. We had many last minute changes to our trip (name changes and drop off locations). She made every single one for us! Also, she communicated to multiple members of our team throughout the event to make sure we were ready for departure. Would be so happy to work with her again!

Normally, we purchase our own airline tickets but, since we were traveling internationally and with two children, we wanted to make sure there were as few disruptions as possible so we decided to work through a travel agent. Trinity helped us from start to finish. We had issues with the application for the electronic visa for the UK for one of my granddaughters. Trinity jumped right in to assist. On the return home, I was concerned about missing the connecting flight and reached out to Trinity. She thought that we would be fine but she would keep an eye on our flights and if we had any issues to let her know. Trinity was always available to answer questions. She checked on us before and after our trip. We were extremely pleased with her services and I have already recommended her to other family members.

Working with little advanced notice, Trinity took the outline of our 2 week plan and made it the most beautiful reality. The planned excursions, private local guides, transportation arrangements, and hotels were all excellent. We enjoyed working with Trinity! Trinity was extremely helpful when we had a canceled flight in Charlotte! When we tried to get on a new flight the call wait time was over 2 hours. But when I called Trinity she instantly got us new tickets with a new airline. Something I would not of been able to do on my own. We were so grateful to have someone we trusted in that moment!

It was the most amazing place I have ever been! We participated in a variety of activities and at and drank like queens! The stay were so friendly and the maids made Joan a three tiered birthday cake made out of towels and a bottle of Tequila!!
