The whole trip was great. Jen was very available and helpful while we were on the trip.

Jenifer's assistance was instrumental in making our trip work. There were train issues (we were warned) and nothing terrible, interesting hotels, but again, nothing that hadn't been explained very well and we absolutely would not have had the successful trip we experienced without Jenifer's assistance.

I was able to chat with my parents here and there during their trip and let me tell ya everyday they were on cloud 9!! They want to thank you for putting together such an incredible trip!!! Every single detail of this trips coordination was so well put together, amazing ship amazing excursions. I can go on and on but overall this trip was an incredible experience and an absolute success!!! My parents are sold on cruises and wanted me to tell you how thankful they are!! Thank you so much for all your hard work with this trip! My parents were so happy! You are the best trip coordinator ever btw.
