Ka'elehuluhulu Beach
This hidden gem is located in Kekaha Kai State park. The road to get there is bumpy but you will not regret it. This is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen and barely had anyone on it since it is off the beaten path.

Biking around the island
Our resort provided bicycles for all guests free of charge so we decided to take advantage of it. We hopped on and drove around the island for hours. As a travel planner, it was so much fun to not have a plan and to just see where the road took us. We might've gotten lost but that's a story for another time.

Raft Expedition
This morning we went on a Captain Zodiac raft expedition. We took a military grade boat down the coast and visited the Captain Cook monument. While there we snorkeled and even saw some dolphins. Afterwards we grabbed burgers at Splasher's Grill before taking all of the sights in on our hour ride back to the resort.

The Grand Wailea... just wow! This resort was stunning. We were greeted with leis and a welcome drink. After checking in and exploring the grounds we rode the bicycles provided by our resort to stock up on some snacks and drinks for the room. This resort had it all, incredible beach, great restaurants, water park, chapel, you name it this resort has it!

The Road to Hana
We woke up before the sun rose to start our drive over to Hana. The Road to Hana was something we did not want to miss and it was truly unforgettable. Amazing beaches, beautiful waterfalls, trails, stunning views, black sand beaches, around every turn there was something more breathtaking. This is something you have to see for yourself because no words can describe just how amazing this experience was. Make sure you drive the entire road, you wont want to miss a thing!

Mama's Fish House
We took the drive to Paia to try the highly-recommended Mama's Fish House. Reservations are next to impossible so make sure you call way in advance. There's a reason why this restaurant has a 4.7 out of 5 star rating. Upon walking in you are greeted with leis and a sweet little personalized note congratulating us was set on our dinner table. The seafood is all caught fresh that day and the menu even states which Fisherman made the catch. Such an amazing experience. Definitely recommend!
