The Australia & New Zealand Adventure 

When a busy professional mom reached out about planning a three-week trip to visit her son in Australia and New Zealand, she was completely overwhelmed. Between work, family, and a complex international itinerary, she didn’t know where to begin. 

During our consultation, she shared her vision — she wanted to explore the outdoors, hike through stunning landscapes, see a rugby game, and visit the famous Lord of the Rings filming sites. I took her ideas and turned them into a seamless multi-country, multi-city road trip itinerary through both Australia and New Zealand. By coordinating flights, lodging, car rentals, and experiences, we created a journey that balanced adventure with rest — from breathtaking hikes to unique local stays.

A Gluten-Free Honeymoon in Maine 

An engaged couple came to me in the thick of wedding planning — excited but exhausted. On top of all the wedding details, the bride had a gluten allergy, and the thought of finding safe dining options while traveling made her consider packing her own food for the whole trip. What should have been a dream honeymoon felt like a logistical nightmare. 

During our consultation, I listened to their vision: a romantic fall road trip along Maine’s iconic coastline, filled with art, hiking, and cozy inns. Within days, I designed a personalized itinerary that not only captured their dream route but also included carefully vetted gluten-free accommodations and dining options at every stop. From allergy-safe bed-and-breakfasts to charming seaside restaurants that catered to her needs, every meal and moment was thoughtfully planned.   

The Norway Dream Trip — Saved 

A sweet retired couple reached out after nearly booking a guided tour of Norway on their own. They’d handled most of the planning and were ready to click “confirm,” but something held them back. They wanted reassurance that everything was right — and I’m so glad they called. 

When I reviewed their plans, I discovered a major issue: their flight dates didn’t account for the day lost traveling overseas. If they had booked directly, they would have arrived after their tour had already started. I immediately corrected the flights, secured their tour, and arranged transfers — turning what could have been a costly disaster into a flawless dream vacation.

They returned home thrilled, not just by the beauty of Norway, but by the peace of mind that came from having someone watching out for them.
