Lisa and I served in the military together so when I heard she was a travel agent, I couldn't wait to support her. It had been awhile since my wife and I got away so when we reached out to Lisa, we were wanting to cruise really soon. Lisa found us the perfect itinerary for us and it was amazing!!! We never sailed Norwegian before and we found the experience exceptional. The shore excursions Lisa put together made the trip even better... Especially the dolphin encounter

I had already booked my cruise but I've never been to Greece. A mutual friend suggested I reach out to Lisa to plan my trip. She was amazing!! We booked the best hotel... gave us a morning & evening view of the Parthenon and her shore excursion recommendations were exactly what we were looking for. From beginning to end, we didn't have to stress about how we were going to get around from place to place. Glad my friend didn't gatekeep Lisa!!

We asked Lisa to plan our 25th anniversary vacation to a destination that doesn't require a passport. We decided on San Juan PR and everything was set.. flights, hotels, transfers and activities but 6 days before we were suppose to fly out, we discovered the island was experiencing tremors from an earthquake that had been a distance off shore... So with just 6 days to travel (my vacation was already scheduled and couldn't reschedule), Lisa was able to completely cancel our PR trip with very little monetary fees and rebook us flights, lodging, trasnfers and activities to Honolulu, Hawaii... We had the best time and she made sure I got the oceanview room I desired. We couldn't be more surprised how calm and comforting she was while expeditiously and expertly handling all the last minute changes. She even checked on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves...Thank you Lisa

Lisa came to our rescue to finish planning a 19 person family driving trip to Norway. We were so far over our heads in finding hotels with family rooms, transportation, etc. She totally pulled it together. The trip was nothing short of AMAZING!! We have since booked 4 more trips for us. She has found great deals on EXACTLY what we were wanting. I couldn't recommend Lisa at Paradise Planners more highly.

his was my first experience with both Lisa Dale and MSC Cruises. Truth be told I was elated with to work with both! Lisa was great! She was forth coming and energetic about the event, bringing together a group of folks who (some of us) had either never seen or not seen for 40 years! We ended up with 7 people and all had a grand time! All the documentation and info was promptly sent and easy to fill out. Payment was as simple.

This was my first cruise and Lisa Dale took care of every detail and patiently answered all my questions. She made sure I knew how to check in, download my cruise app and transport to the port. I really enjoyed the group cruise and appreciate the extra effort she made to made it memorable

This was the very first time for our family to go Universal Studios Orlando. When we decided we would look into it. We got online and there was just so much information and things to plan out. We had seen the the “Direct me to Paradise” information and we decided to reach out to Ms. Lisa and see if she could help us out and make this planning easier and stress free! We told her we planning the vacation for our sons 15thd birthday and this was something he wanted to do and mentioned our budget. She asked us some questions and got on it right away! She had it all planned out for us from, flights, ride from airport to hotel and back, to making us reservations for my sons bday dinner! She even went above and beyond to have a small cake delivered to our hotel room! (Our son was surprised and was not expecting a CAKE to be delivered!) it was very nice and thoughtful of her! The day of our flight our flights got cancelled due to weather, so last minute we decided to drive to Florida. Ms Lisa took care of getting reimbursement for our flights and transportation to and from airport in a matter of couple hours. We were already stressing about the whole situation and she took some stress away, which we greatly appreciate it!! She made everything so smooth and stress free!! She even checked on us to make sure we made it back home safe! We will be using her services again! We have already told our family and friends about her services!!

We are having a wonderful trip, thanks to Lisa Dale. Lisa set me up with great excursions at each port on our cruise, but she really saved me on the VRBO apartment I had booked myself. Weeks after I had booked it, gotten it confirmed and paid for the stay, the manager contacted me to say there had been mistakes and it would cost another $400. Lisa helped me cancel that, get my money back and found me a better apartment for less than what I had originally booked. Lisa went above and beyond taking care of me.
