Marnie helped organize a Christmas vacation for my daughters and me in 2019. The Melia Cozumel Golf All-Inclusive resort was amazing with very welcoming staff, great food, and a beautiful clean beach. Perfect holiday and can’t wait to go back. I have been using Marnie’s services for many years and many trips. Marnie is pleasant and professional and always has useful information about the country and hotel that I will be visiting. After our recent trip to Cancun we are now going to Jamaica and will continue to use Marnie’s services.

I have used Marnie's services for four personal trips to resorts over the last twenty years. This year my husband engaged Marnie to organise a business retreat (AKA R&R) for his nine employees. Marnie did a superb job finding a super all-inclusive resort in Mexico within budget, and booking or supporting the booking of flights and priviate transfers for people from three Canadian provinces and two US states. She was in touch with the hotel for special group dinners. She made sure that we all had our travel documents and travel health insurance. She booked a private tour to the Tulum ruins which was perfect! We totally recommend Marnie for business group travel and personal travel too of course!

Marnie recently booked a vacation package for me and two family members to an adult-only, resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica (Joia Rose Hall by Iberostar), which I highly recommend. Marnie had been there herself in the fall of 2024, so she knew it first hand. Marnie was on top of everything from day one until the day before we departed more than six months later and she happily made changes for us and arranged for us to have nearby rooms. She is highly responsive and fun to work with. This is my third vacation I have booked with her over a 20 year span. I highly recommend Marnie!

Our 4th-floor Garden View room was spacious and gave us a clear view of the sea, the resort grounds were immaculate, the gardens of palm trees and flowers were beautiful, the buffet provided a great variety of delicious food, the shuffleboard and mini golf were fun, and the entire staff was welcoming and friendly. All of this, along with sunshine and a white sandy beach made for a perfect vacation.

This has been the second time I have worked with Marnie for a group vacation and both times everything has been perfect! She is an awesome person to work with. She is always completely organized even when dealing with a group of students (which can be difficult). She has always managed to get our groups in the same building when we get to the resort and always makes sure we have everything we need to know upon arrival. Thanks to Marnie I have had two of the best vacations in Cuba!! I will always go to her anytime I need to book a vacation in the future.

We have used Marnie as our travel agent for several trips now and each time have enjoyed our experience. This particular time we were taking a large group away for the Christmas holiday and had intended on going to a particular resort in the Caribbean. Marnie suggested that there were better places in the same price category and convinced us to go to Costa Rica instead and stay at the Riu. We have been to Jamaica, Mexico, Dominican, Turks and Caicos, Barbados and Cuba (and some of those 2-4 times) - Costa Rica was the best on all accounts. Marnie even made recommendations on day excursions. We are so glad she convinced us to change our location!! Trust her opinion!!!

Marnie is a lovely person who's responsive to calls and patient answering lots of questions! It was helpful to have her advice and coordination, especially while traveling for the first time post-pandemic. She not only arranged our travel documents, but sent us reminders and went out of her way to plan excursions and activities that our group would enjoy doing together. We really appreciated her expertise!

I would definitely call Marnie when I plan on going on another trip. She handled everything with great professionalism from arranging the flights accommodation and insurance. And when our trip had to be postponed to another date because of COVID. That was also handled professionally. Then it had to be canceled, which was a disappointment, but everyone understood the reasons. COVID again. She was the able to arrange for all that were in our party to get a refund. It took awhile, but we did get it. With great appreciation. I would definitely call on Marnie again if I were planning another trip.

Marnie found us a better price than we could find anywhere else...even in high season. She listened to our needs and considered them all when she searched for us. One point of improvement would be to be on top of other details after booking...ie questions about our booking or additional products like insurance. Slower to respond after booking and sometimes forgets. Still would not hesitate to use her again.

Marnie is amazing! I've never worked with a travel agent before, nor have I really booked a vacation so the experience was new, but Marnie made it incredibly easy. We booked our honeymoon with Marnie and didn't quite know where to start. She listened to what we wanted, as well as our limitations, and gave advice and input when we needed help making our decision. She will go out of her way to make sure all of our questions were answered and had everything sorted. She always returns emails and messages quickly; I don't think I ever had a response that wasn't within 24 hours.
We were traveling during hurricane season as well, so naturally we had a lot of questions about insurance which Marnie was incredibly helpful with. Booking any vacation can be stressful, especially a honeymoon where we wanted it to be nicer than the average vacation. The resort we went to (Sandals Regency La Toc, St Lucia) was incredible; exactly what we wanted & will return!

Marnie is a pleasant, experienced and knowledgeable agent. Also if she doesn't know something, she will find out for you in a timely manner. Marnie helped us to prepare for a family destination wedding and gave us all the information we required regarding entering another country and everything we needed to know about this trip and because of this information, we were very prepared for the whole time we were there. From making sure we had a list of general items that may be needed and not necessarily thought of, like packing enough sunscreen and bug repellent as it was 20 times more money to buy it there; to recommending excursions that were a good value and exciting; Marnie will definitely be the "go to person" for future family trips! The only concern and disappointment we had with this trip is the Riu Guanacaste did not live up our expectations we had from the other two Riu Hotels that David and I stayed at which is no fault of Marnie's (Jamaica Montego Bay and Mazatlan Emerald Bay
