Our last trip (Sandals Exuma) September 10-17 was Great. We orginally booked in 2019 to go in 2020. We just got to go and it was one of the best trips we've been on.

MS. Garner was very helpful in finding the right cruise and land excursion for our first cruise. She provided help in determining the best stateroom for our personal needs and the best time and length of cruise. She also provided us help in securing the best value in air fare . I reached out to her and let her know what we were looking for: Caribbean, on the beach room, all inclusive, lots of adventures. We want to thank our travel agent Stephanie Garner with Travel Leaders for arranging our travel to Sandals Grande St. Lucia, especially the second time for the same trip. The eruption of the volcano on the neighboring island of St. Vincent resulted in last minute cancellation of all flights to St. Lucia so we moved the trip out one month to let eruptions and ash settle. This required cancellation of the return flight, hotel stay and an excursion, then rebooking the trip as new. She spent an untold amount of time on the phone with the airline and Sandals getting all of this arranged. But that wasn’t the end. The second time we were to leave our flight out was delayed, which meant we would miss the connecting flight. This time it was only one day but she had to move everything again.
The third time was a charm and our trip was absolutely wonderful! We are so grateful to have Stephanie as our travel agent can’t imagine having to do all this ourselves it would have been a nightmare.
