Overall, the trip was outstanding. My girls are thrilled.

1. Denis for Rome City Center. Very knowledgeable and took us into a few places we didn't expect!

2. Emma for Colosseum, Forum, Vatican. Excellent as well and extremely knowledgeable. She did a great job of finding shadier and cooler spots.

3. Giancarlo in Pompeii was great. Made great use of our time,
4. Robero for Amalfi tour was knowledgeable, funny, and very in tune with our needs.

5. Antonio for Florence tour was very knowledgeable and made great use of our time.

6. Leonardo for Fanano and Pisa/San G./Siena trips is an excellent driver and had a ton of local and historic info to share. My girls remarked after we said goodbye that "It kind of felt like we were breaking up!"

We never had a bad meal, or less than excellent gelato, using your recommendations or that of the guides.

Rachael was absolutely Amazing.. If I could give her 10 stars I would...

I tasked her a Birthday trip to remember, with a group of 26 attending from all areas of the country, traveling international at an all-inclusive resort, during a pandemic with a ton of special requests including a special dinner on the beach , a separate spa day, a fishing trip and options for everyone to do different excursions to meet their needs....Everyone had a different need and want and additional asks, plans changing up to the day of and she handled it all with ease and the utmost professionalism. Our selections were top notch, she hosted pre-planning sessions so we were ready for every thing we could possible face, she changed our flights to make it easier for us to travel as a group, followed up everyday during the trip so we knew what to expect and made sure the vendors were there to accommodate every need and want for the incredible adventure.

She is the absolute best in the business.

Rachel planned a wonderful trip to Paris,Normandy, and the Loire Valley.
We had a great time! I couldn't have planned a vacation like this without her. Any issues we had she was able to fix. She found a great hotel and tours for us. It was a wonderful vacation we will never forget!

We used Rachel at Elite Travel to plan our trip to Italy. There were 12 people in our group. She booked private transportation for us, and many private tours (Vatican, Coliseum, Pompei, private boat tour to Capri, Amalfi Coast, and a gastronomic tour). The guides and drivers she booked for us were top notch! The trip was perfect, and we were so happy we had Rachel to help us - every detail was taken care of, and we had an app that informed us of our schedule and contact information each day. I plan on using Rachel to plan future trips for us. She is great, and so easy to work with!!

Rachel was wonderful to work with while planning our trip to Europe. She provided us with a detailed and thoughtful itinerary that included wonderful suggestions based on our interests and hobbies. The hotels were top notch and full of character and centrally located to our points of interest. I highly recommend Rachel. I cant imagine traveling without her assistance!!!!
