Was able to add things along the way and helped get the restaurant reservations to the places we wanted. We originally scheduled during the hurricane...she was able to reschedule everything for us with no issues. There's really no reason you wouldn't want to use her, especially on your first trip to Disney World. You don't want to navigate that alone. Really couldn't be happier, and my family was over the moon with the trip!

Jenna did an amazing job getting us set up and explaining everything. She gave us great recommendations of what to do and where to eat. She made us restaurant reservations and set us up for travel to and from the airport. We couldn't have done it without her!

We had a wonderful time at DisneyWorld and Stacy was such a help. From guiding us through Genie+ and other ride information to restaurant help. I would have been so stressed planning this trip. People say that travel agents are becoming obsolete but Stacy proved why I will use one for all our future trips.

My sisters-in law and myself went on a 3 day trip to Universal Orlando using Elizabeth Knapmiller as our agent. This is the 3rd time I've used her and each time she has been fantastic. She is always quick to respond to questions, will go out of her way to assist in any way she can and her recommendations are always helpful. She makes sure you have all the documents you need prior to leaving for your trip and also keeps in touch during, and after, your stay in case you need assistance. I cant give her enough stars!

Dena was amazing! I had been to Disney many times (even worked there twice) but all the new changes seemed overwhelming to deal with. Dena took all the stress out of it so that we could just relax and enjoy our vacation. She kept helping us even while we were there with questions. She was flexible with our requests and was easy to get a hold of if needed. I’ll definitely be using her for as many of my vacation plannings as possible, Disney or not!

Jodie was amazing! Our last minute trip to Universal to celebrate our grandson’s birthday was perfect thanks to Jodie. He is turning 11 so the Harry Potter pkg was the one we wanted, and Jodie made that happen for us, at the resort we wanted- all with less than 2 weeks to plan! Early on, and throughout our entire vacay, she handled any and everything we want/need without me having to worry about anything (amazing as a type A person trying to relax)!!!
