My Bucket List is a little shorter! Randy and I took a trip of our lifetime and traveled to the Galapagos Islands, and Quito, Ecuador. And, our travel agent, Kathi Holtz of KMH Travel Group LLC made sure that the trip was one of perfection!
If you want an “Experience” where are you are among amazing creatures that have no fear and enjoy the miracle of these islands, I would highly recommend working with Kathi. We traveled on the Celebrity Flora, which is definitely an amazing resort on the sea! The intimacy on these small ships visiting the Galapagos Islands allows you to make friends of a lifetime. True Attention to Detail

Kathi always thinks of something we forgot! She seamlessly arranges our whole vacation - there's nothing like being taken by the hand from the plane landing, to hotels and tours and even cruises! She always has little tips that help make our vacations even better. We just went on an escorted tour and ended with a cruise. We've used her for many trips and will continue!

What makes Kathi such an exceptional provider is her level of generosity. Most agents would consider their work done once the trip is booked. Not Kathi. She monitors the itinerary continually and if a sale comes up - poof! - suddenly you get an updated itinerary with a better price and / or additional benefits. It's entirely above and beyond. She also does everything to ensure you have a seamless trip from clear communication to a wonderful mailing of information (and lanyards!). I highly recommend.

Kathi Holtz is the only travel agent we would use. On our recent 34 day cruise, we encountered several people who were frustrated with their travel agents and were envious of the "extras" we were being delivered as part of her arrangements for us. Handled everything by phone and email, but that was normal in the day and time. 50th Anniversary Celebration Trip

We haven’t flown to Europe in 11 years so we knew we would need lots of help planning our multi-city/country trip. Kathi was patient with all our questions and she organized a terrific trip for us. Kathi suggested options, such as a private car & driver, which made our getting around much easier. The Hotels she recommended and booked were clean, comfortable and very close to all the action we wanted to experience.
On our trip Kathi was always available (even though she was on trips of her own) and went above and beyond for an issue which cropped up. Kathi proceeded to help us locate the necessary resources to assist in ultimately resolving our problem.
We will not hesitate to call on Kathi again for any future trips, as well as recommending her to our friends.

Kathi did a great job planning the second half of our trip to Europe. We booked a cruise through a cruise line but wanted to spend more time in Europe and decided to have a travel agent help us plan it. We found Kathi and she planned a great trip for us. Everything was first class and all the private tours were everything we hoped for. The tour guides were knowledgeable and fun to spend time with.
