On our recent 34 day cruise, we encountered several people who were frustrated with their travel agents and were envious of the "extras" we were being delivered as part of her arrangements for us. Kathi did a great job planning the second half of our trip to Europe. We booked a cruise through a cruise line but wanted to spend more time in Europe and decided to have a travel agent help us plan it. We found Kathi and she planned a great trip for us.
