Terri planned a trip to Scotland for us. She made many valuable suggestions and was very responsive to our needs. The hotels, one in a castle, were wonderful. Our flight was perfect- she even suggested we not use first class but a different mid price alternative and it was perfect! We had not used a travel agent before but Terri was strongly recommended by friends of ours that have used her on several overseas trips. We will use Terri's services agin in the future.

The hotel in Sorrento, Grand Excelsior Victorria, you suggested was absolutely fabulous! Also, the transfers you arranged to hotel and airport worked great. We had gone to Sorrento with Tauck for an afternoon and our guide pointed the hotel out and said it was a great hotel. He said Tauck used them as well with their trip. Terri does a great job making your trip the best it can be. She ties up all the loose ends for you so that you can enjoy your trip . We visited Rome, Florence, Venice, and Murano during our Italy trip. We also have taken two different River Cruises down the Seine River in France and the Rhine River in Germany. All three trips were outstanding.
