We went on our honeymoon/birthday trip to Jamaica and stayed at Hyatt zilara rose hall. We booked through Donna Davis and she was absolutely a pleasure to work with. She was fast and efficient. She called me and listened to exactly what I had in mind for my trip and came up with 5 recommendations all with in the budget and with all of what I asked for. She made sure my flights were direct and with good seats. She was even able to get me VIP services with club Mobay and that was awesome. Someone was there to pick us up right out of the gate and get us through all of the airport security and helped us with our bags. We enjoyed complementary cocktails and food while waiting for our driver. Our private transportation was there in about 30 minutes to take us to the resort. Room was ready with the view and swim up pool we requested. A request of mine was good food. It was on point every day. We have used her services more than once for very different trips and her recommendations were spot on. Our recent vacation to South Coast Jamaica was our honeymoon and first Sandals trip. We didn't know where to start with planning, especially in the midst of the COVID changes. We reached out to Donna who was very quick to respond and wanted to ensure we had the best vacation and experience. We listed out what was important to us for a honeymoon, and Donna provided us with the resorts that would be the best fit for us as well as a detailed list of excursions that we would enjoy. All activities were reserved for us by Donna so we didn't have to make the reservations ourselves. We had countless questions leading up to the trip and were promptly provided with answers. We are so thankful for Donna's patience, knowledge of the many resorts, and finding the best fit for what we requested. We did not have to stress about this important trip because we knew we were well taken care of!
