I am a proud U.S. Navy veteran who served aboard the USS Mount Baker (AE-34) and the USS Forrestal (CV-59), where I also had the honor of participating in her decommissioning. My time in the Navy instilled in me a deep commitment to service, attention to detail, and dedication to excellence — values that continue to guide my work today.

Following my military service, I spent more than 30 years in phone-based customer service centers, supporting respected companies such as Sony PC and Bank of America. Throughout my career, I developed strong problem-solving skills, patience, and a passion for helping people — all of which are essential when planning meaningful travel experiences.

Now, as I move into this exciting new chapter of my life, I am proud to specialize in:
