I also book and plan my own vacations. I chose Amber, not for the savings (though she did provide information to help save), but because it took the stress out of planning the trip. My daughter and I went on a second cruise with Royal Caribbean and did not have to worry about flight delays or changes, trying to locate transportation from FLL to Miami, and a nice, convenient hotel in FLL when we landed. Amber assisted my husband and I with booking our honeymoon at Disney World. She made the process a breeze. She was able to arrange a great trip within our budget. Amber has done a wonderful job planning two vacations for us. She planned a nice getaway for two to Barbados for our anniversary. The resort was quiet but yet elegant on a beautiful beach close to many attractions. Amber was a huge help on a trip I took to Romania last summer. I had to adjust my schedule to accommodate both work and leisure and doing so meant I was unable to find a single hotel during the stay with my work agency and would have to move around. Amber jumped in and in no time found me the option to stay the entire length in my preferred hotel, and for a better deal even. It was a real life saver and I would go back to her again and again thanks to her extensive knowledge and quick responsiveness!

We decided on very short notice (10 days out) that we wanted to plan a cruise over the Christmas holiday. We called Amber with a few specifications and she replied back in less then a business day with several options. This was pretty incredible, considering we gave her such short notice! The rooms availability fluctuated hourly with holiday demand and she was able to help us reserve a room that was unavailable to the general internet. She also worked through on night to help us find perfect flights. She gave us a lot of information about the difference cruise lines and made the entire process painless and easy, especially given the tight time frame we gave her! We had such a great experience that we are using her to plan another Christmas trip to Disney this year! Already, she has made this trip as easy as the other. She reserved multiple character meals as well as park attractions. For Disney newbies like us, she has been an absolute blessing while planning this trip as well. Using Amber to book our vacations has been the easiest part of the vacations!

Had previously booked Hawaii vacation with Amber and she did an awesome job. So we decided to take our first cruise and have Amber set everything up for us. Amber asked where we wanted to travel to and gave us some pointers on where to start. We decided on a western Caribbean cruise with Carnival and she took care of all the rest. Was in constant contact with us with deciding what kind of stateroom we wanted and if we wanted early or late dinner time. Amber also recommended we fly in day before because I was going to fly in the same day as cruise departure. This way if something happened with flight we would have time to make other arrangements. She helped us with hotel bookings coming and going and made car reservations to and from airport. The hotel was very nice we got back to hotel after cruise at 9AM and they had a room available. I was worried because check-in was at 4PM. The car service was exceptional the drivers were very nice and courteous. Have recommended Amber to others.

Amber was always available. She went out of her way to help us.....even with the smallest of concerns. Amber answered all of our questions and gave us some very good recommendations about how to handle different situations. We had to call her from overseas and she went out of her way to fulfill a request we had that required assistance on our way home.
