Pattie was amazing! We had never used a travel agent before but were feeling overwhelmed with planning this trip. From the first phone call we knew she would be the perfect person to help plan the trip of a lifetime. We started out in Munich for the last few days of Oktoberfest. Next we headed to Amsterdam for a few days before ending up in Cannes and exploring the French Riviera. Pattie worked with our budget to creat a truly magical trip. She booked our hotels, flights, and an excursion for us in each city. We didn't want every minute of the trip planned out but Pattie could definitely do that if that's your thing. We prefer to explore on our own but were very glad we agreed to let her reserve one excursion per city ahead of time as they were all amazing and would've been sold out once we arrived. We also received free upgrades for being on our honeymoon from several of the hotels and places we visited. I cannot recommend Pattie enough, we will definitely use her services again!

This was my 3rd vacation booked with Pattie and was fabulous as always. Our group size got bigger and so did our budget for our 30th birthday trip. Pattie gave us so many options for 14 people flying from 6 different airports. She even handled a last minute cancellation and substitute traveler with ease and no stress to us. I have just been accepted into a program to teach english in Thailand and have had to fill out tons and tons of paperwork, go through webinars and get my life in order before making the trek halfway around the world where I will be living for 6 months The last thing I wanted to worry about was booking my flight... After spending days on my own on all of the classic "cheap flight" websites, I was annoyed and sent Pattie and email explaining my situation, that I am on a tight budget and had to arrive in Thailand within a certain range of dates. Pattie got back to me in minutes and saved me the stress, time, energy and aggravation that comes along with trying to find the cheapest flight with the least amount layovers. The perfect flight was booked for me within a few hours of talking to her. One way ticket for about $729.. not bad.. BUT the best part is.. the next day I get a call from her saying that the price had gone DOWN almost $300 and I would be getting that refund in full on my credit card!! Had I booked on my own, I would have never saved all that money (enough to cover all of my travel shots and medicine)! Thank you! :)

My mother and I typically travel to the Caribbean during the first week of January. Given that my mother is 87 years young and uses a walker, finding suitable locations can be challenging. Patti has been spot on in her recommendations--last year it was Barbados and earlier this month we went to St Kitts. Patti made sure that we were well taken care of prior to our departure. In particular, we had a ground floor suite overlooking the ocean; the staff could not have been more accommodating and because of Patti's relationship with the hotel, they went out of their way to make sure that my mom was able to get around the property independently (with the help of their staff driven carts.) Prior to the trip, Patti sent me an exhaustive list of local restaurants, excursions and day trips which was really helpful and contributed to my pre-trip excitement. She was also readily available for all of my last minute questions. Bottom line- Patti is absolutely terrific!

Unbelievable experience. Booked honeymoon through Patricia on only 1 months notice. She not only was very professional setting up a phone call immediately to chat, her responses and information was fast and accurate to what we were looking for. On your honeymoon you expect everything to be perfect, he hit a few bumps in first two days all of which were out of our and travel agents control, but Pattie, who herself was on vacation, helped us every step of the way to right wrongs and may our experience unbelievable. I went on a trip that was booked through Patty, and we were able to do so many things that we wouldn’t have had we planned on our own. We were able to see so much of Scotland and get insider tips and facts that we would have only gotten a taste of otherwise. We had last minute changes up until the day we left. She was never frustrated and just made it happen. It is very difficult to find experiences and reservations for 8 people. Despite the level of difficulty, she was able to offer us amazing things to do daily. I was also appreciative that she suggested free days for our family to simply relax. The tour guides, drivers, and restaurants with whom she had a relationship were perfect for us. They were all on time and delightful to speak to. The trip of a lifetime!

This is the second trip I've worked on with Pattie. What a fabulous time Mary and I had on this vacation. We can't stop talking about the trip with family and friends since we've been back. I look forward to working with Pattie again!

My sisters and I had a wonderful trip from Galway, Dingle, Killarney, Kinsale and ending in Dublin. We had numerous stops along the way with amazing scenery, a falconry experience, pubs, castles, medicinal seaweed baths in whiskey barrels and enjoying Irish culture. Highly Recommend!

Pattie was fantastic, and I'm so glad a friend recommended her. I usually plan my own trips as I am not a big fan of organized group tours, but I told Pattie what I was looking for and she created an itinerary tailored exactly to my preferences. After her first draft, it only took one small edit to get everything just right. The two tours and the hike we booked were all private, with guides who met us at our hotel on time every day - and each guide was somehow even better then the last. We gave them all an A+. We also had car service to and from the airport, again flawless. The hotel was the perfect location with clean comfortable rooms and a great bar. In hindsight, I would forgo the jr. suite and did a room with a balcony. The only downside was the front desk staff, who were a bit hit or miss. I have already recommended Pattie to a friend and would absolutely use her again.

My wife and had been to London many years ago and wanted to return and to go to Wimbledon. We wanted to tour London and go to two days at Wimbledon. Amazing trip with nieces (19 & 21 yo) celebrating youngest's' High School graduation. We had a lovely time at SLS Bahar Mar for our babymoon! There definitely was a lot of action/people at Baha Mar. If you stay at the SLS resort and pool you can have a more chill/relaxing atmosphere while surrounded by lots to do if you want to partake. Tons of restaurants, casino, multiple pools and beach access. The rooms were very nice! Recommend making reservations in advance as it is crowded but food was good at all the places we dined. We played golf and enjoyed the course. Spa is beautiful and worth visiting!

Great restaurants to choose from and the food was good! The service was impeccable. If you did not want a formal meal, there is 24hr room service and a buffet option as well. The only way we travel anymore is booking through Pattie, we have been using her for years ! She makes the process so easy and stress free, she answers all our questions and makes sure we have all the information we need. This trip was a tricky one, we wanted to re create our honeymoon, however the price point was a little too out of our range due to insane flight prices everywhere (Pattie got us the best deal she could). Instead we totally pivoted and decided to to go to Niagara Falls because we could drive. Pattie didn't hesitate and right away sent us wonderful hotel options and tour information as well as all the pertinent information we would need for Canada. We booked everything through her and it was a breeze! It turned out to the most amazing honeymoon part 2!
