I have been working with Charlene to book my travel for the last few years and will continue working with her for the foreseeable future. I have referred Charlene to friends who are also impressed with her service. I can not express how much Charlene will go above and beyond to help her clients. I recently travelled to Punta Cana. My direct flight home from Toronto to Calgary was changed to a less desireable route. I had no way to get in touch with the airline to make a change. I sent Charlene a text and within minutes she responded. She contacted the airline right away, placed me on a direct flight the next day and arranged for a hotel. I was so grateful to have Charlene working with me, I would have had a terrible experience with the intended flight change. After an enjoyable vacation I did not want to spend endless hours in numerous airports to get home. Charlene saved the day!! You could not ask for better service! I would highly recommend working with Charlene.

Charlene has been amazing to me and my family. She has booked my husband and I on may trips none of which were a failure. She has taken the time to get to know what we like and don’t like about resorts. Each time we ask for recommendations she has been spot on. This has helped our relationship get stronger.

Charlene was so patient and informative when we were booking a family holiday for ten. She arranged everything, and when we unexpectedly had to change our holiday due to a family member having an accident and unable to travel, Charlene did an amazing job. We will not use another travel agent again. We will only have Charlene as our forever travel agent.
