Heidi was amazing at helping us plan our honeymoon to Mexico. She was so knowledgeable about different areas, resorts, flights, etc. always answered all of my questions and made sure we were prepared traveling to and from different countries, especially with Covid going on! She made it so easy, all we really had to do was print our papers, pack, get on the plane and enjoy the trip! I truthfully think having her as our travel agent made our honeymoon traveling experience even better! A Dream Come True!

We wanted to mark our 50-wedding anniversary with a very special event: a return to Ireland, where my hubby & I began our beautiful partnership. It had been many decades since we had seen family & friends. Our overall itinerary would be ambitious, involving several locations in Ireland & England. In addition, the country had undergone many changes since we left in the early 80s. It seemed wise to enlist the aid of a Travel Agent. My research brought us to Heidi Summers. Our initial impression was very favorable: Heidi is local, friendly, down-to-earth. Her warmth and enthusiasm for travel and for people were evident from the get-go. The fact she is very familiar with Ireland was definitely an asset. Initially we planned our trip for Spring 2025. However, we had to postpone our trip due to family issues. No worries, Heidi was able to make all needed adjustments with the arrangements in place, we would be able to use our Delta ticket credit within 365 days. Her efficiency gave us peace of mind at a time we needed it. When we saw that we could make the trip in October of this year, Heidi was right there to support our efforts. We were able to plan an accessible itinerary to include both Ireland & England. Heidi streamlined all the logistics, including our flight requirements, documents, checking bags, Customs, car rental, hotels. Heidi was spot-on with every detail. We really appreciated her ability to work with our requests, giving us great recommendations re: what to include, and what might be better left out. We also appreciated her accessibility. Heidi was always timely in her responses to our communications, even when last minute changes arose. Heidi truly 'traveled with us' every step of the way. Her expertise made our trip a beautiful success from start to finish, a treasure box of happy memories. Thank you, Heidi, for your help with our once- in- a-lifetime anniversary event!

Great Alaska trip

Heidi is a great agent to work with. She set us up with the perfect pre-cruise hotel that was an easy walk to the cruise terminal. She set up a visit to Butchart gardens before our cruise which was on my bucket list of things to do. Heidi made this trip happen for us, in just the way I wanted it to happen. I knew my preferences and style for travel but I didnt know Ireland well and we worked together from there. There's no question she worked harder than I did or at least it seemed that way because I mostly answered her questions and she put together what was a perfect trip for me and my husband. When our bus tickets to the Aran Islands were ready and waiting for us at the terminal I thanked Heidi out loud for the overall ease of this trip... and we were all over the country.

Heidi was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was able to plan a trip for me and my expanded family. She was able to meet all of our needs and requests. She is extremely knowledgable and gave excellent advise. Everything from our flight, ground transportation and trip experiences were excellent. We would not have been able to do this trip without her. She was in constant communication and very easy to get a hold of. She always returned any emails, texts of phone calls immediately. Heidi is amazing!!! She thought of every detail and helped every minute of the way for us. We are so happy that Heidi helped us with this amazing trip. From the hotel room to the parks, she thought of every detail! Thank you Heidi!! After the last year of me battling cancer, having my leg amputated, my mother passing away, my father-in-law passing away, it was a great getaway for us. Heidi made the trip smooth and enjoyable. We loved that when I described what we needed she found the perfect hotel for us. She even booked a scooter for me and was able to get me a shower seat last minute for the hotel (first time traveling as an amputee I forgot I needed one) and she went above and beyond to get it for me!!!

Week Vacation To New Orleans

Unlike many travel agents who are all business, Heidi is one world traveler. With this first hand knowledge she has, she can and did point us in the directions she knew first hand as well as others she had researched thoroughly. We very much enjoyed all of our vacations (and we have booked with her so many times, that I have lost track) and especially appreciate that she stays up super late or gets up super early to make absolute sure we arrive at our destination without any problems. If we do have a problem (once we could not find the person who was to pick us up), have no fear as Heidi is there to solve the problem immediately. It feel like she actually comes along on the trip, always keeping an eye out for any possible bumps on the way she can smooth out or any new ideas that may pop up. High recommended!

I cannot say enough great things about Heidi! Planning a wedding is stressful, so with her taking all of the stress away of planning our honeymoon I cannot thank her enough. We gave her a budget and a location and she had so many great options. She has traveled to many of the resorts so she has her own personal advice on things as well. We even had to reschedule our honeymoon due to bad weather and she took care of everything for us. She had transportation set up for us for both to the resort and back to the airport. She also checked us into both flights which took that stress off of us and sped up things at the airport. I would recommend her to anyone and will definitely be using her for future trips!

Dream Vacation Come True!

From the very beginning all the way up to the return trip home, Heidi was so very helpful in planning our dream vacation! I highly recommend Heidi for any of your travel plans! She worked so closely with us in planning our trip to Britain and Ireland, first seeking to understand where we wanted to go and what we considered our "must see" locations. She then worked to design a trip that met (actually exceeded) our expectations with consideration of our timeframe and budget.
Heidi made great recommendations to help us get the most out of our trip, putting together two tours plus additional days on our own in each country, so we could ensure we could immerse ourselves in the experience. She provided incredible support and made it so easy for us....providing maps whenever we were going to drive, giving fantastic travel advice, and always responding to our questions.
I have not typically worked with a travel agent and previously did my own planning and booking. This trip was definitely more well organized and efficient, yet also provided us with the days that were unstructured so we could explore on our own!
I will definitely work with Heidi again and encourage you to do the same! She's amazing!

I was one of those people who didn't think I needed a travel agent since I could easily book myself online. After being burned for the last time by a "good deal" that looked nothing like the pictures and flights with multiple connections, some so short I missed the flight and some so long I wasted vacation time; I decided to give a professional a try.
