Wow what a trip! In the past, since I travel for work, I took it upon myself to arrange our family trips. This time I left it in Crystal’s hands, and she did NOT disappoint. With me providing her timing, a budget and starting airport options within days she was able to present a plan for an unforgettable cruise to the Western Caribbean on Royal Caribbean’s Brilliance of the Sea. Being cruise rookies, she answered our questions throughout the process until departure making it so simple and easy. I know Wish Upon A Star With Crystal has a specialty in Disney but she has a wealth of knowledge and capabilities well beyond the Mouse. Our family of five, including three high school and college age kids enjoyed every minute.

This was not our first time booking with Crystal at Wish Upon A Star With Us and it won’t be our last time! I’m a seasoned Disney World traveler with many years of knowledge about all the parks, rides, attractions, dining options, transportation, etc. With my history, why use a travel agent when I can do everything myself? Crystal took the checklist off my plate. As a busy mom of two planning a Disney family vacation, I didn’t have to worry about missing a deadline and not getting our dining reservations on time. She was able to connect all of our reservations in the My Disney Experience app and remind me when it was time to do another task on our ever-growing to-do list. Planning a vacation with Crystal is like going somewhere with your well-organized BFF who is SO excited about the trip AND knows all the minor details to make it perfect. Go ahead… book the trip and leave the rest to the professionals.

Crystal went above and beyond to make our family trip an amazing experience. She worked with us and answered our endless questions. Never once did we feel we were bothering her. When COVID interrupted our original plans she was great and provided updates as to how things were being handled in Florida and at Universal to ease our concerns. She gave us tips on the dining plan and did not steer us wrong, we were very impressed with the restaurants. The dining plan is definitely the way to go, it was so convenient for our family of four. The ‘kids’ who are 19 and 21 were over the moon the entire week with all the Harry Potter offerings. We hope to work with Crystal again in the near future.

I just wanted to thank you again, Crystal. We literally couldn’t have asked for a better three days. As you always tell me, you know I could book myself. But I hope you know I come to you because you have never let us down and have always added a special touch to each trip. I highly recommend Crystal and Wish With Crystal Travel LLC. We took a trip to Costa Rica last month and Crystal was very, very helpful with booking the resort but most of all helping with COVID requirements.
