Then, when things didn't go as planned on our trip, Caroline was accessible and quick to assist in multiple ways. When a stomach bug derailed our dining reservations, Caroline let us rest and recover and handled the cancellations. She was quick with suggestions while we are at the park. Then we had to deal with a flight cancellation and Caroline was assisting us with trying to find a hotel and other details that we were too stressed to think about. As a frequent visitor to Disney over the last 30+ years, I didn't think I would need the services of a Travel Agent, especially one that I found on Twitter...lol But seriously the park changes so vastly over the years and this was our first time going as an extended family all adults so our needs had changed. My last visit was only 2 yrs ago! Let me tell you not only did Caroline take on all the "thinking" of the details and fastpass reservations, etc, she also repeatedly checked for better prices as the seasons and pricing changed (we did plan very far ahead). This alone is a great service for the time saved, not to mention all the dinner suggestions, events, etc. As I stated, I am no stranger to Disney, even a former castmember (disney store), and had a pretty good idea of what we wanted to do, but she took on all the planning to be sure everything ran smooth. In addition, it felt like dealing with a friend not a computer! Did I mention there is no charge?!

Caroline gave my family an experience of a lifetime! She shared and suggested activities we never would have known about (my son still talks about the Jake and the Neverland Pirates Cruise). My family of 4 was proud of the fact that we rode at least 13 rides at the Magic Kingdom-especially since we arrived around 9 am and left early! We will never plan a trip ourselves again. Caroline supplied us with the temperatures of each day we were on vacation, maps of each park, suggested rides and attractions at each park, and restaurants and snack bars at each park (along with suggested items to try at each place). However, my favorite service was the preloaded Fast Passes (my daughter and I Fast Passed Space Mountain while my husband and son Fast Passed the Speedway Racecar Experience- right next door to each other). I highly recommend Caroline and her services to anyone who wants a vacation to remember without the stress, time, and headaches of doing it yourself!!!! Loved, loved, loved all 8 days of our time away from home and already planning our next trip!!!!

Caroline planned an amazing winter getaway in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. From start to finish everything was flawless. She arranged for a car service to meet us at the airport and transport us to the hotel. The hotel she recommended was perfect as it was located in walking distance of the Town Square. The restaurants she suggested were all fabulous. The highlight of the trip was the full day snowmobile tour through Yellowstone National Park she booked for us. Hands down the best vacation we have ever taken. We went tubing at Snow King Mountain, visited Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks, explored the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort at Teton Village, and ate all the food! She is a very thorough, experienced travel agent that plans the perfect vacation from start to finish with absolutely no fees!
