He had been tracking my flight and immediately helped me secure the earliest available flight out. Knowing that he was keeping an eye on everything allowed me to simply enjoy my vacation without worrying about travel logistics. Matt also made sure my accommodations were handled, my return flights home were confirmed, and my transportation back was taken care of, as I had to extend my stay four more days.
