I have only been a Travel Agent since June of 2025, but have been in the travel industry for 17 years. Working for Walt Disney World for 17 years and assisting guests with their tickets, dining plan and much more made me want to become a travel agent. My specialties include: Disney and cruising. Since being a cast member for 17 years at Disney World I have come to be able to guide my guests, specially the first time visitors, with giving inside knowledge of what will work for their specific travel needs. I can guide families to parks that will be fitting for that family's likes and dislikes. Would love to offer services to clients that want a special get away, whether it be to Disney, cruising or any other adventure. I have almost 40 years of customer service knowledge and enjoy working with people. 

I worked in food and beverage at Disney World for almost 14 years with an outstanding record for providing what people want on their vacation. Then I moved to the front desk/concierge for 3 years and 5 months before I retired from WDW. Working face to face or on the phone is my way to communicate better with my clients. I love to work with families, honeymooners, business trips, weddings and special needs. I will only ask the necessary questions for each individual vacation.
