Kim is the best! When my (then) fiance and I couldn't decide where to go for our honeymoon, Kim gave us options ranging from England, Ireland, Mexico, Dominican Republic and more! This greatly helped us choose where we wanted to go, and what we wanted to do.
Not only did Kim get us an amazing all-inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic (Riu Republica), but she also set us up with 3 excursions Dr. Fish Ocean Spa, Ziplining Adventure, and Sailing Adventure.

Kim will answer ALL your questions about your travel or find the answer; give you the options for your budget and timeline; and make arrangements quickly and cover all the bases. It was something that made my travel experience so much easier. I'm very glad I didn't even attempt to do it by myself. Travel and lodging and car were all flawless and that's exactly what you want. In these days when it seems like there are so many screw-ups in services you get from cable TV to plumbing to your restaurant order or even your utility bill, this was one thing that went perfect and that was a big relief.

Kim is AMAZING and made everything in our trip easy. She took care of our bookings and found the best prices, while also giving great advice along the way. Without her, we would not have bought travel insurance and as it turned out, we needed the insurance, as one of our flights was delayed causing us to miss our connecting flight. Even with the issue, Melody and I had no worries because Kim was taking care of everything on her side so we could relax. I don't know what I would have done had I not used Kim and Globetrotter Travel. Honestly, I'd probably be on the phone with Delta right now trying to get compensation for activities I missed.
Thank you Kim for being amazing and helping make our honeymoon a great success! You are joy to work with and I will definitely be using Globetrotter Travel again very soon!!

Incredible honeymoon

Kim Barber did a phenomenal job with planning our honeymoon and even helping us out when we ran into an unexpected issue in Mexico. I gave Kim a pretty broad list of guidelines for what we were looking for, and her choice of the Hideaway at Royalton Riviera nailed it. When we got there, and our bed frame broke twice in the first day, she was incredibly responsive to email and we ended up in an upgraded room. I cannot recommend Kim enough and I would never book a big trip like this without her again.

Kim Barber expertly handled my travel planning for the trip of a lifetime to Ireland, including contacting me frequently to ensure we were on track. I traveled on my own for three weeks on a family history hunt.
Kim arranged my air travel, lodging, car rental and travel insurance. What a relieve it was to know I was working with such an experienced travel agent. Her counsel was spot-on in every area, including the ability to get me very good rates.
I had not used a travel agent before, but when Kim was recommended to me by a family member I went with it. Am I ever glad I did!

Family Christmas Trip

When my Mom wanted to do a family vacation for my family and herself, we weren't sure where to begin. I contacted Kim explaining we wanted to go somewhere warm at Christmas and fit the needs from an 82 year old to a 15 year old. After a couple suggestions, we decided on Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Kim was able to get us a straight flight, which made traveling easier for my mom. She was helpful with booking a dolphin swim ahead of time for my daughters to do on Christmas Day as a surprise Christmas present. She was extremely helpful with booking the trip, insurance information and even when my mom had a slight injury on the trip and I emailed Kim, she responded promptly. I would highly recommend Kim to my friends and would have her book another family adventure for us, when the time arises!
