We wanted to take our 6 & 4 year olds to Las Vegas -specifically to South Point Hotel. Both our children have food allergies and Keith Norman is the head chef there and he takes food allergies very seriously. His staff is extensively trained in cross-contact procedures and clear communication. Lauren knew this and was able to get us into contact with him before our stay. It was my children’s first experience at a sit down restaurant where they were able to eat safely, and it was beyond special for us! Lauren did an amazing job planning a family friendly itinerary for us and she reached out often before our trip to make sure we were satisfied with the planning process. She did an incredible job and we plan to have her help us with future trips!

Lauren made dreams come true for a Magic Kingdom and SeaWorld group of 18. She does not just book tickets, she managed to tell us how to navigate a very busy Disney World to maximize the number of ride. Lauren made window seating lunch reservations to coincide with the parade! She was available around the clock for questions and suggestions. I have traveled for 40 years and never had service like she provided!
