Katrina Thomas was an excellent agent for the beginning to the end she went above and beyond for me and my family. I will be using Katrina for all my travels she is highly recommended

I had an EXCELLENT experience working with Katrina Thomas. She is very attentive. She made sure we had all the necessary information needed for our trip. There was no interruption. She did not hesitate to answer any question I may have had along the way. She made herself available at all times to answer any questions and address any concerns. BEST AGENT EVER!!!!!

She was always courteous and helpful in any questions I had. I never waited long for a response and we had an amazing trip.

The only negative we expirenced was our flights. I don't believe this to be any fault of hers. But we booked with Aeromexico so our meals would be included and apparently their planes were being worked on, so we ended up with Delta (which is whom areomexico works with, yet they don't provide meals, so we inccured extra costs there.) Also, my next trip I will be sure to ask her to do her very best in ensuring our seats are together. Again, probably not her fault, as we did pick seats which we must of lost when airlines changed. I think maybe I missed the email about it and therefore it is my fault for not following through on all emails and picking seats. So next time, I'll be sure to pay close attention to that.
