She has incredible planning expertise, knowledgeable recommendations that she puts together based on your needs and has a wealth of knowledge for my 200 pre-trip planning analysis paralysis questions. Pre-trip support is top notch from package building to preparedness summary and details. Support during your trip is fast and to the point to get over whatever hurdle you may face or international calamity she works you around. Marie was a delight to work with. She is so friendly and easy to talk to, it made the whole planning and booking experience so much easier. She was very flexible with scheduling times to meet and she had tons of information and experiences to share with us.

Marie is very knowledgeable on location and resorts of interest. She is easy to work with and super fast on returning emails. Once we decided on a resort, she got everything reserved, notified us of what we’d need to travel,. Then, a week before contacted us with last minute check-in info and was able to answer all of our last minute questions about the resort. During our vacation we encountered an issue First day; (of nothing Marie did!) Marie got right back to me; she had contacted 3 top-dogs at our resort! After that, we were treated wonderfully and the issue we encountered was totally taken care of. Now that we’re home, Marie would like to know about our trip, so she can share with other travelers.
