Connie was diligent and communicative in every aspect of the planning and reservations process for our vacation, as was the case with the last vacation that she planned for us.
This was our first cruise on Viking and they exceeded our expectations in every regard. The ship was beautiful, with very attentive and friendly staff, classy public areas, and a Verandah stateroom that was very generous in size, and amenities. The quality and variety of the food onboard was also excellent.

Hassle free international travel

Connie was an excellent travel agent and I have already recommended her to friends. I usually handle my family’s travel plans but was hesitant to make international travel plans. Connie was excellent, made all the arrangements and came out substantially cheaper than the cost to do it myself. She also encouraged me to get travel insurance and fortunately I did because we had weather delays and cancellations. She was also kind enough to help with the details of filing the claim. I would highly recommend using her to plan any travel arrangements.

First Cruise

My wife and I recently returned from our first ever cruise, and we cannot recommend Connie Bachman highly enough! As first-time cruisers, we were honestly a bit overwhelmed with all the options. Connie took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for – a relaxing getaway with good food, some interesting ports, and a bit of entertainment – and then presented us with choices we hadn't even considered.
Her attention to detail was incredible, and she anticipated questions we didn’t even know we had. She even provided us with helpful tips on packing, onboard etiquette, and shore excursions.
Throughout the entire process, Connie was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping us plan our dream vacation. The cruise itself was fantastic, and we owe a huge part of that to her expertise.

Great Family Trip!

Best adventure of my life

I found out that my birth father lived in Bangalore India and I need to make travel arrangements to go see him for the first time.. Connie made the process so simple for me and trust me we definitely came into multiple obstacles as my time to depart the US came closer.. there was an issue with my visa so we had to postpone my trip to fix the visa then when we finally got back done and I was ready to leave they canceled my flight at the last minute Connie was there for me 24/7 held my hand explain things to me I don't think I could have done this trip without her by my side...

Had a great time

Above and Beyond

I used Connie 5 years ago to book a trip and because of my past experience in working with her, it was an easy decision to use her services again in planning this trip. Connie went above and beyond in the planning of my trip. As with most trips, when you start the planning everyone is interested in going but as it gets closer to the actual booking, the number of people going starts to slowly decline. With that being said there were multiple changes with my group during this process but during it all Connie was patient and worked through it all. This was my first time traveling out of the country and everything went smoothly. Not only did she book the trip but she also made arrangements for transportation to and from the resort upon arrival and that definitely made life easier for traveling.

Connie has always done a great job at planning events for me. All aspects of my trips are made more enjoyable because she makes sure all plans are in place and ready for me when I arrive. She did a wedding reception for me and made all the reservations for hotels and made sure the restaurant was ready when the ceremony was over, The guests were so impressed by the way she took charge and made sure everything was taken care of. It was a wonderful experience as all of the things she has ever done for me have been. she did it all for me

I was in a pickle. My daughter told me she wanted to get married. Nothing unusual about that, but she gave us like 30 days to put it all together. A friend told me about Connie Bachman and I'm so glad . We had people traveling from different parts of the country. Connie arranged all the flights into Orlando and amazingly arrival and departing flight times lined up. Connie found us a hall for the reception (I lived in Texas), arranged food and drinks for the party and was there that day to make sure I was happy. She came in under budget. Connie booked us a floor at a nice hotel. All in all, Connie did EVERYTHING to insure my daughter's wedding was perfect. I can't thank her enough for her effort.
