The buffets had lobster almost every night! The beach was literally at the edge of the pool. They made jerk chicken and pork on the beach and had activities for all ages all week. The staff was so friendly. They truly would do anything to make our stay perfect!

Jill's going the extra mile continued right through our trip. I texted Jill while sitting on our flight that was being delayed for mechanical reasons. When we finally arrived and had missed our connecting flight, Jill had already rebooked us on the next available flight, called the transport company (moved our time 7 hours) and had contacted our hotel to let them know that we needed someone available during the middle of the night to check us in. The airport at Anchorage is easy to get around. We had to be there at 3:30 am because that's when the transfer bus left. But all went well.

The weather was awesome. Food was delicious our favorite was the steak place we went there twice! Ate at Asian & Mexican also was delicious. Buffet every morning & 3 times for dinner was of course excellent. Resort was fabulous with great staff!

Jill was fantastic to work with for our honeymoon! We initially were supposed to go to Jamaica, but once the hurricane hit we had to be quick to make changes. Jill made this process so incredibly smooth AND found us a beautiful resort in Mexico. Then, traveling home for our honeymoon we ran into bad weather - she was able to change our connecting flight for us to ensure that we make it home safely. I would recommend working with Jill to anyone who wants a travel agent who truly cares about their trip AND someone who is equipped to handle anything!

The rooms were amazing. The buffet had so many delicious options everyday. The grandkids loved the room service option. They also enjoyed the lazy river and the water slides, as did Gpa and Gma. The pools were great as well. We rarely had a problem getting a lounge chair. We really never waited for anything and were told the resort was 82% filled. We loved the beach and ocean as well. A beautiful tropical breeze everyday.

Excellent service, quick responses, and the vacation was a blast! We had a group of 24 people, and had no planning issues, she had everything covered. Even things we didn't think about for international travel, she covered it and made sure we had all information needed so there were no traveling issues. We are currently working with her to plan our next escape!!! LOL

Jill was a massive help in booking our large group on a trip to Cancun. Originally, we tried doing it ourselves, we were going to stay in a worse resort for a decent price and fitting four to a room along with a poor flight schedule. Jill got us on direct flights there and back, into a better hotel, two to a room, and gave us specific directions and advice of what we will need to do during the travel days all for the same price as our original plan. She made this trip stressless and amazing!

Jill was very helpful with booking a spring break trip for 18 college kids. She helped take away all of the stress that comes along with traveling so we were able to enjoy ourselves. The emails that she sent out were very detailed and easy to read to make sure everything went smoothly, and it did. Definitely would recommend going with Jill for your next trip!
