People ask me what my favorite country is. I always say Scotland. Even though I have been to many many countries, and have no Scottish ancestry, I always feel like I'm coming home when I go to Scotland. I've been a travel agent since 1989 and have been a manager at our office since 2000. I am also the operations and government manager for all of our offices.
