With all of the changes, her assistance prior to arrival in Jamaica and during the course of our stay felt as if she was physically there. I recommend her for all your travel needs.

This company has unbelievably fantastic customer service. I was impressed with the level of contentiousness and thoroughness by Shari while booking my 4-day cruise to Bermuda. The prices were excellent and she got us a room that was better than we had initially requested. All responses to our questions were quick, accurate, and reliable. She hosted an app for our party with the entire cruise itinerary for all four days, which gave us easy access to details regarding all entertaining, dining, and shopping events. I was very impressed! She remained courteous, friendly, and sincere from start to finish. I could tell that she aimed to ensure we had an amazing experience. I intend to use Shari's services again for our next vacation!

Honeymoon fix

We booked our honeymoon for Barbados through Sandals resorts in 2020. We arrived at the resort and were required to quarantine in our room for 5 days. We thought that negative test results were all that were required. We spent the first evening trying to figure out what to do next. I have never used a travel agent before, but I was getting nowhere myself. After trying to contact a couple of agents with no response I came across Shari, who answered my first phone call. I explained the situation and she immediately got to work. She found a flight to Miami and this was the only flight out of Barbados for the next 3 days. Shari booked us an amazing room at the National Hotel in Miami and she also sent us a list of things to do while we were there. Everything after that went perfect and we finally got to relax for our Honeymoon. We couldn't be more thankful for Shari with MemorableTimes, and would highly recommend her and the staff for any traveling!

Epic trip across South America

As a seasoned traveler, I don't often use travel agents. However, for this trip across South America, I wanted to work with a travel agent because there were many moving parts; tours, intra country flights, and special activities such as hiking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu sight.
I explained what I wanted from Shari and she worked with a South American tour company to come up with a preliminary itinerary. We worked to refine the itinerary and refined it to what I wanted. She was very responsive to our questions, even while on the trip and helped set up a tour on the last day of our trip due to a 10 hour layover at the airport. I really appreciate Shari's knowledge, patience, and care for what we wanted. It was an excellent trip!

Shari was such a delight to have as an agent. She provided honest advice and organized an unorganized group of 4. She made sure every aspect of our trip was covered, from transportation to resort fees, even gave excellent suggestions for excursions and restaurants. A group of 4 girls travelling from 3 different countries is usually tedious but Shari made it seamless and for that I am beyond grateful. I can be very indecisive, at times when making important decisions. But, Shari was so patient and guided me step by step. She did an excellent job on planning an all inclusive 5 Day Bahamas cruise for me and my husband’s 7th Wedding Anniversary. We had a blast!!! Shari helped guide me and my husband to the most perfect wedding day. Throughout this entire process Shari was the guiding light and our driving force in negotiating and finalizing vendor contracts. She played the liaison between us and all vendors keeping most business communication to a minimum, only sharing important information. This saved us from countless back and forth emails etc. Her attention to detail and years of experience made planning our wedding an enjoyable process that left us stress free on the big day! College Roommate Reunion

Shari was the most compassionate and understanding travel agent one could ask for. We had a group of four former college roommates wishing to get together with their spouses in Las Vegas. Since we were located in four different states literally spanning across the USA, we were at a lost as to how make this trip happen. Shari used her professional expertise and created the most "Memorable Times" experience anyone could ask for. She covered every detail, from booking our flights so that we all arrived within minutes of each other, to putting us in the same hotel just doors from each other! We have the benefit of first-hand experience and the freedom from having to book the vacation ourselves and work up feelings in the family. MemorableTimes was recommended to me by a friend who had used their service before. That year, we used MemorableTimes to book our vacation and the experience was so hassle free, we have continued to use them. Now, we can’t imagine vacationing without using MemorableTimes. The benefit of having a travel agent made us realize why having a travel agent is so much better. A few phone calls with Shari to communicate what we wanted to do on vacation was much better than trying to coordinate with the family. Also, it was much better than being on the phone countless hours booking the vacation ourselves and wondering if we were making good decisions. On short notice I asked Shari to book a trip for my wife and Son to Florida. I had tried the websites but could not get it together. I contact Shari and presto jiffy she had flight car and hotel, at a far better price than on line and a way better hotel. My son and wife still speak of the trip they took. I got a bunch of husband/dad points thanks to Shari. She will take the info go to work and get back to you in short order direct, upfront full disclosure. The Greatest

I've been using Shari services since 2009 and I must say it's been a wonderful experience. Since then she's been booking and planning my Spring break vacations for me and my family as well as some quick getaways. For Spring Break me and my family like to go away so we asked Shari to find us something that would be fitting for family members of all ages. She suggested a cruise which was cost efficient for the entire family. We had such a great time that we decided to make it an annual thing for Spring Break. It was 13 of us and everything went smoothly. She booked our transportation to and from the airport as well as to the Port. She informed us how important it is to have insurance while being on vacation. The first year we went to the Bahamas the second we went to Mexico. Everything was Grade A. The kids look forward to Spring break every year now. I have recommended several people to Shari and they all have positive things to say regarding Shari services. We have a trip planned for August and I can't wait. Shari is sure to make it a Memorable Time.
